🏝️🌊🌴🐬🌵🍸It‘s mid April and the mild nights came along to #Mojacar These are the nights you feel unwell only visiting a restaurant or hotel bar - not to talk even of sleeping 🛌 😴 early. So this are the evenings you will impatiently search all over the place where the action is and where you have the opportunity to hotting out all this extra energy ⚡️that‘s vitalizing you. So fortunately your search came to an end at a place where on a mild Sunday afternoon already at 6 p.m. there is full-house with spots on and the beats hammering clearly audibly while not brutal … the crowd looking for entertainment is pretty much mixed and still has enough space and everyone a seat, the prices for drinks are not robbery and there is no upfront charge. For sure this is one of the places that contributed to Mojacar‘s image as a place comparable to #Ibiza while slightly 😘more decent. Sometimes, a coach loses a game, much less a regional final, and they're ready to hit the showers, hit the road, and not talk much. It was refreshing to see Louisiana's Head Coach Matt Deggs, who'd just lost 19-5 to Mississippi State, after playing in mid 90s temps earlier in the afternoon just to get the opportunity, willing to talk about the game, his team, and even his expectations for next year. If you're fans of Mississippi State and its Head Coach Brian O' Connor, he will remind you of the same candor, plain-spoken-but-well-spoken type of coach who has both affection for his players but expectations of what he asks and demands of them. This is a coach whose team survived multiple elimination games at the Sun Belt tournament, played at all hours and even multiple locations last week, winding up in the championship game. And when offered a chance to deflect the lopsided score with the drain his team might have faced having only a short while after gutting out a win over 2-seed Cincinnati 8-6, he said his team wasn't tired, though. They just ran out of pitching. And, his analogy that "they were going to have to kill us, and they did" was a tip of the cap to his opponent, whom he deemed worthy of a long run in Omaha. Two weeks into the McCairn-Edogawa Protocol and I want to give an honest, measured update for everyone following along. I deliberately waited until after my 2nd Plasma Adsorption (PA) session to speak about symptoms. I wanted to give my body a fair opportunity to respond before making any statements I could not stand behind. The cognitive fog that has been a constant presence for 5 years has lifted. The heavy poisoned feeling I've woken up with every day is gone. The daily headaches and constant head/eye pressure has significantly decreased. My body is less fatigued and muscles/joints less painful when I wake up in the morning...not 3pm! I feel amazing, clear headed and I'm smiling and laughing again 🤗 The burning has decreased but not resolved. I have lived with three distinct layers of sensations simultaneously. 1. An invisible deep icy hot sunburn covering my entire body. 2. Constant pins and needles. 3. And what I can only describe as rolling in cactus or bee stings firing across my skin. I've always decribed it as Biofreeze running through my veins, 24/7. I have managed to avoid all benzos, opiates, and gabapentinoids, which has been the biggest struggle mentally and physically. I proudly have 13 years of recovery behind me from severe opiate addiction and nothing will take me back to that life again 💯 I'm super proud of myself for maintaining my sobriety throughout the entirety of the hell I've been living in since 2021. My nerve pain has calmed to a mild but constant burning. It is still there and I will not pretend otherwise. The intensity of all three layers has reduced significantly and that is not a small thing. Peripheral nerve damage takes the longest to heal. Please do not come here expecting to be completely recovered in the first week. That is not how this works. What this protocol does is remove the pathological burden that has been blocking your body from healing. My plan is to complete 4 PA filtrations before returning home. I also found out from my CT scan yesterday that the cause of the severe abdominal pain is my gallbladder. I am pursuing having it removed while here as the cost is a fraction of what it would be in the US without insurance. There is no other place in the world offering this level of opportunity for recovery. We cannot keep living with these clots inside us! When I saw my own clots pulled out during my 2nd PA, something shifted in me. I am exactly where I am supposed to be. We all present differently in our symptoms but we share one thing in common. We all have clots. And that is not normal! Dr. Kato is an exceptional physician. He is kind, compassionate, skilled, and genuinely funny. He will help you with anything you need while you are here. When he removed my catheter yesterday I completely broke down. I thanked him for what he is doing and tried to explain what patients in the good ol' US of A are up against. The dismissal. The years lost. The lack of options. The whole room was in tears. He needs to know the magnitude of what he is offering us and how urgently this protocol needs to become accessible in the US and around the world! Japan has the highest per capita mRNA vaccination rate in the world! According to Dr. Kato, 3.M Japanese died in the year following the initial rollout. Researchers have since published peer-reviewed studies confirming significant increases in cancer mortality, sounding the alarm in their own journals. Meanwhile, the US won't even acknowledge that vaccine injury is real. No investigation. No answers. No accountability. 😠 The last time I was up by 10am and walking out the door was 5 years ago. After a week here that changed. Waylon and I have been exploring the city every day. I am sharing videos of our 12 min walk to the hospital so you can see the area and get a feel for what your days here will look like. Every person in the world deserves access to DFPA and SGF. Nothing here will take you backwards. Only forwards. 🙌

I spent the last week in Benin Republic practicing my Duolingo French and only just made it out before the borders were closed. In all my travels across the continent, I don’t think I’ve ever encountered a people this openly positive about their government and the reforms underway. What really struck me was how consistent the message was. I spent time in diplomatic circles and on the streets. With tech ecosystem leaders and with public-sector folks. Interestingly, many of the public-sector leaders I met were young — people in their 30s and 40s — but they worked with very clear private-sector speed and urgency. From policymakers to founders to everyday people, everyone seemed to be saying the same thing: deep gratitude for the reforms of the last decade and real optimism about what the next 14 years could mean, especially with the private sector playing a stronger role. On a personal level, this trip also changed some long-held perceptions for me. Growing up just across the Sèmè border from Cotonou, Benin always felt like a quiet village next door. That picture stayed with me for years. This time, it was unrecognizable. I travelled well beyond Cotonou into other towns and rural parts of the country, and it was clear that something deeper is going on. There was a sense of coherence — policies actually translating into infrastructure and execution. One moment that really stayed with me was visiting the GDIZ (Glo-Djigbé Industrial Zone). For the first time in my life, I saw an end-to-end cotton-to-textile factory on African soil — from raw cotton all the way to finished textile, in one integrated chain. First of all, we here at AMGI want to thank you all for being on this journey with us. We have been extremely busy. Over the last few weeks we have delivered a huge early access patch to My Pet Hooligan, delivered a new on-chain governance solution with WinVote, brought back NFTs in game, started testing the Street Kred system, made some new hires, delivered a new site for AMGI Studios and smashed the largest gaming event in the USA, PAX West. What does all of this mean and importantly what is next!.... PAX West You have seen the videos, you know the vibes were on point, but let's dive deeper into this and what the key takeaways are. PAX West was completely different to the WAGMI Crypto events that we are mostly used to in this space, although these are always fun and important, when creating gaming products, it is also important to get directly in front of people who have a passion for gaming. That's what PAX West was, hosting over 100,000 gamers who just want to play games and have fun. PAX West was a great success for us on many fronts. It confirmed that we have something special in our hands. Gamers loved both the brand and the game and were eager to get involved. It opened up new exciting opportunities with gaming and hardware companies. It was a blast seeing event goers from Day 2 onwards wearing the My Pet Hooligan t-shirts around the city. It was great to see parents playing the game together with their kids. The choices to not include blood and gore made a huge difference and have opened some new unexpected doors for us. If we truly believe in the progression and adoption of this industry we need to move beyond degen products and into real life consumer products that people can truly enjoy. That's what we are here to do, no matter how difficult it is, and no matter what the current ‘meta’ is. We have been here for many years grinding day in and day out and are still here today delivering like we are the new kids on the block trying to prove ourselves. The Game PAX West marks the end of a phase of the project, whilst we now posture more into continued efficiency, growth and retention. The game is not feature complete by any means yet but the foundations are strong. There are a number of features still being developed, including a progression system, consumables system, further build out of questing, token utility and more. As these are continuing to be developed we also continue on our journey to make the game more accessible. This will start with Steam and then Consoles. A Microsoft rep at PAX told us “we are going to make it”, who are we to disagree!... Lots of new ideas, lots of new feedback to work from and a renewed drive and hunger which are only going to help make this an even more compelling and fun game. The Web3 Marketplace In the coming days, Version 1 of the My Pet Hooligan Web3 Marketplace will be going live. Version 1 for now will allow for the trading of My Pet Hooligan NFTs, OG Hooligans and Zuckbots for $KARRAT. It will also serve as the marketplace for all of our upcoming in-game blockchain assets. This will eventually become part of your online My Pet Hooligan central hub and will include features such as rentals and subscriptions. It's been a long time coming but it shall be here very soon. Everything's coming together, one step at a time. It is important to note that there are many pieces of a complex puzzle that must come together in order for us to succeed. Between payment solutions, L1 & L2 blockchains, wallets, distribution platforms and the laws of the land. We are in uncharted waters and continue to do things in the most flexible ways possible to ensure we have strong resilience with our operations. The MPH website is next on the list for an uplift too as well as an overhaul of the user accounts system UI/UX. Team We continue to strengthen the team bringing in new hires and stepping up individuals from the community. Some of the new resources being brought in include a new Game Producer, Senior Game Engineer, Senior Blockchain Engineer and the former Dean of the Epic Unreal Fellowship Programme. Collectively bringing in experience from Epic, Solana, Blizzard and more. There are also some community role changes and new advisors that will help with social strategy and web3. As well as new marketing efforts through new channels of distribution that we are exploring. Governance is a key part of the industry and a need for most of the foundations in the crypto space. WinVote has started its trial with the KARRAT Foundation. Whilst the trial continues it will continue to be built out with an aim to be the premier tool for on-chain governance in the space. Access to WinVote for other communities and organizations wishing to use WinVote will be secure through licenses that utilize $KARRAT. She opened it, went to the transcript, and copied the whole thing. She pasted that transcript into Claude and asked it to turn the format into a prompt for a similar video. Claude wrote the prompt. She pasted the prompt into an AI video generator. A few minutes later she had a finished cartoon. Bright colors, dancing animals, big letters, cheerful music. Indistinguishable from the one she copied. She posted it. Then she did the exact same thing the next day. And the day after. And every single day for 30 days. She never wrote a script, animated a frame or recorded a single sound. She found something that already worked, fed it to Claude, let an AI rebuild it, and uploaded the result before she went to bed. Nobody knew who she was. No name, no face, no personality, no story. Just a channel quietly posting toddler cartoons every day. And YouTube paid her anyway, because YouTube does not pay you for being interesting. It pays you for watch time, and toddlers watch the same video until the battery dies. By the end of the month the payments were real. $20,000 to a girl who will tell you to your face that she is not smart. That is the part nobody wants to sit with. The barrier was never intelligence. If you’re desperate like I was, you must walk the talk.(today is 14° but with the wind feels 9/10) No supplement, no pill, only what’s truly necessary (like my transplant medication, without which I wouldn’t survive). Listen, green juicing - should you do it, or leave it? Never mind the video attached, its just for entertainment purposes. The video shows a woman who goes to an [organic] farm and plucks fresh green leafy veggies, adds turmeric, lemon and ginger and makes a "green juice" which is claimed to be tasty and healthy. But what I would really want to discuss today, is if you really need to "green juiced detox" for wellness. No opinions here, no hearsay, just pure science of it. Green juicing is a detox practice. But none actually knows what is getting detoxed. An organ? An organ system? The body? No idea. The whole body is already getting detoxed by liver and kidneys and they do a wonderful job of it. Similar to "who watches the watchmen," line, should you "detox the detoxers?" For that, one must realize that detox is not a legit medical science word or practice. Detox is a wellness quackery term created to expand business oppurtunities. You have detox powders, detox tablets, detox capsules, detox practices (such as massages, oil pulling through nose, enemas, exposing anus to the Sun called 'sunning,' and so much more) and yes, detox juices. Detox is there is grab your hard earned money. A green juice or any type of detox for that matter does not help you prevent or treat any disease known to humans. The only thing getting detoxed with a detox is your bank account. The dubious practice of detox. Products that promise “detox” are a sham. Yes, all of them. Now the green juice thing. Be careful of what you put in there to blend, because your real detoxers - the liver and kidneys have to work extra to relieve you from the stress of it all. Green leafy veggies blended together is a dangerous thing. Many green veggies are rich in oxalates - like spinach, lettuce, celery and beetroot. Excess of oxalates can harm your kidneys if they get overwhelmed with the work-overload - like in this case where a woman developed kidney failure after green juice cleanse. "Green Smoothie Cleanse" Causing Acute Oxalate Nephropathy This is not an isolated incident. There are many reports in published medical literature that has reported kidney injury and kidney failure due to green juicing. Here are some of them. ➡️Oxalate nephropathy due to 'juicing': case report and review ➡️Acute Oxalate Nephropathy Caused by Excessive Vegetable Juicing and Concomitant Volume Depletion ➡️Acute Kidney Injury in a Patient Engaged in Vegetable Juicing And that is not all - sometimes, fresh green juicing, especially directly from the farm (like what the lady in the video does) can transmit really weird parasites - like that was seen in Korea. Many people developed an infestation from flatworms that affected their livers due to green juicing. Does green juicing do anything beneficial at all, to human metabolism and hence wellness? The authors stated that "Together with an analysis of previous works, we suggest that green juice did not cause an improvement in metabolic function and there is a need for further research on this issue." Bummer! If you are going to do a Green juice to "detox" your body, know that you are wasting your time and resources and potentially exposing your real detoxing organs to toxic danger.
