There is so much misunderstanding and ignorance about the Bible. This guy should read with understanding! Exo.1:1-5, Deut. 10:22 that he quoted referred to the direct children of Jacob. But Acts 7:14 referred to the kindred which is extended family, beyond Jacob's children!

Pastor does not know the Bible. No record of thieves in the garden of Eden! Study to show yourself approved. 2 Tim. 2:15. He should have allowed the reading of the verses referred. If you read and engage with the Bible, the perceived mistakes and contradictions would disappear.

The Bible (the book) is not the word of God by any definition!!! From a Christocentric point of view, The word of God is a person and not a book. The book just happens to contain this “word of God”. A good exegesis of this book, presents to you the reader, many POVs throughout histories. In between the lines, is a message for humanity. Whether you subscribe to the Net ideology of the rightly divided truths/facts/stories/claims is another conversation all together.

But this isn't ambiguous? The first two Old Testament texts take into consideration only the number of people who traveled from Canaan to Egypt while the book of Acts considers descendants including tha of Joseph's who were born there. That's not a mistake/contradiction.
