I saw a woman at the weekend having a fit as the machine wouldn’t take back her bottles. Turns out there was no return label on the bottles so she never paid the deposit. It’s not always the machines fault

My local one was full and/or broken. Bottles.stuck in it and screen saying not working. 😭

I'm guessing there's a mix of vandalism / abuse at play in some places. Machines where I am are always working anytime I pass by then.
