The mayor just confirms that ANC does not respect South Africans irrespective of colour. That includes the President promised solutions for blackouts comes back with permanent blackouts.

I will never answer to someone whom I don't report to asking "why you late". And that question doesn't help anyone even at work because an employee will tell you about traffic and you tell them to pay the time finish... So how will the answer help residents?
