Judge Cannone stopped him and did Adam Lally's job, basically....

Remember when Adam Lally stated this in court before the first trial? We all know that they were investigating the investigators. The Feds gave their findings to Judge Cannone, The NCDAO and KR Defense Attorneys. Adam Lally was correct when he said the investigation was started by the defense. The investigation is over and the Feds didn’t come to save Karen Read. Does anyone believe that the Feds would let Karen Read go to trial, not once but twice.

DISCLAIMER: This video is from day 2 of deliberations during the FIRST trial. It’s eerie watching this back knowing what we know now. Judge Cannone refuses—again—to put “Not Guilty” on the verdict slip. Think about that. In a system where defendants are presumed innocent… The judge is actively blocking a “Not Guilty” finding. As Alan Jackson said: “It’s almost like the court is directing a verdict to the subordinate charges.” #KarenRead

BREAKING NEWS 🚨🚨🚨; Jessica Leslie, the John O'Keefe and Karen Read federal grand jury leaker, had per proposed plea disposition rejected by Judge Talwani today at the Moakley Courthouse. Leslie was sentenced to two months home confinement and 24 months of supervised released. Judge Talwani was furious during the hearing, and none of the excuses provided by Leslie's lawyer were accepted by the court. Judge Talwani in particular was concerned that Leslie leaked to a friend who, in turn, revealed extensive details about the Read and O'Keefe Grand Jury because the two friends were "interested in the case" and "not neutral."
