She checked her bank app and sure enough she has two charges on her account. So she went back into the pizza parlor to have it corrected. My beloved mother was a gem, an icon. She was my best friend and my biggest supporter. She gave me life, and she was the light of mine. She was a blessing to me and to anyone who knew her.
