So if pregnancy begins at conception then so does child support, benefits like extra food, drs visits. Women should be able to take out life insurance on that fetus and be paid out if complications arise. Women should have 100% healthcare free of charge for pre/post care etc etc

If a man can become a woman simply by declaring it, then this is a woman. If he identifies as a man in his personal life and only identifies as a woman on the court, then “they” are gender fluid and you don’t get to say otherwise. This is absurd. Weapons screening will begin at the Minnesota State Capitol when session starts next week. If you have a permit to carry, you will be expected to vocalize that fact to screeners, the screening image will highlight the area of the body where your gun is carried, and you will be pulled aside for further screening. Every bit of this is absurd. PTC carriers have already gone through advanced background checks to comply with carry, meaning they have been verified to be felony-free. PTC carriers should not have to be singled out or be made to vocalize that they are carrying, nor have an image displayed on where their weapon is concealed. All of these things make PTC carriers vulnerable to those with ill intent. Screening is fine, but it needs to be more discreet for PTC carriers.

Nikki Haley starts out with decent points, that I think many parents on the left and right agree could be a problem. 1) If you have an individual with male genitalia changing in a female school locker room, it's certainly fair for parents to get upset about it. 2) If you have a trans women playing women sports in high school, it is also fair for parents to feel it may be unfair. (Note that you could fit every single trans athlete in America, high school and college, on a Boeing Jet and still have plenty of empty seats. It's not the massive problem people claim.) But... Haley claiming that trans women are causing young women to commit suicide, without any data to back up her claim, is pathetic and disgusting. I think most of us agree that there are issues when it comes to the intermingling of different people in certain settings, especially when nudity is involved. I also think that there are solutions for it all if we'd just listen instead of yell, create a dialogue instead of a diatribe and stop painting everyone who disagrees as being extreme. Thoughts?

Due to the Australian sex discrimination commissioners interpretation of the law women are having to: • Go to the high court to reestablish that we are still included in the legislation that was created specifically for us • Lesbians have to go to a tribunal for a second time to reestablish that heterosexual men are not lesbians • A woman is being dragged through a state tribunal for saying that men who claim to be women cannot breastfeed • Women are losing both employment & volunteer positions for asserting the *fact* that men are not women • A woman is appealing a $95,000 fine for using publicly available information to inform people that there are men in women’s sport • Women are being threatened with punishment if they don’t compete with the men in sport • School aged girls are not drinking water at school - or not attending at all for the week of their period - so they don’t have to use unisex bathrooms • Women currently & formally in prison are revealing the sexual assaults they have experienced due to men who claim to be women locked in cells with them The current *interpretation* of Australia’s sex discrimination act - accepted by the full federal court for reasons known only to them - is not creating less discrimination. In fact, it’s creating much more. Interestingly, it’s simultaneously proving that everyone knows exactly who the women & girls actually are, because we’re the ones being punished. Gender ideology has failed and is being rejected in almost every other country it attempted to thrive within. Marsha Blackburn (R-TN) has introduced a bill w/ six Senate GOP co-sponsors that would change U.S. law to allow any naturalized American to have their citizenship stripped away if they’ve been convicted of any type of felony fraud going back to September of 1996 and make fraud a deportable offense without any financial threshold. The “Fraud Accountability Act” would apply to any felony fraud conviction against a private person, a corporation, or a government entity, and would remove a $10,000 threshold in current U.S. law that makes fraud a deportable offense. Sen. Blackburn tells me the bill is key to “provide this avenue so that these individuals who would come here and defraud the taxpayer are going to be removed from the country.” As for the likelihood of any Democratic support? “I think they should support it, I mean why would anybody be pro fraud?” Blackburn tells me.
