That is 100% a smile at the end here from Shaq 🧠 Not all dogs remember or are smart enough to know you are helping them. But some of them absolutely understand what is happening. Shaq knew and he still knows today a couple of months later 🏡 Although he’s very happy where he lives now I have to say he’s the one dog I miss and think about the most. I think when you go through something that traumatic for the dog and it’s so touch and go if they’ll live you form a real bond. Love you big Shaq

[Talking about self-worth and insecurities] 👨🏻‍🚀: I want everyone who has ever felt like they weren't pretty, they weren't attractive, they weren't good looking, they weren't strong enough, they had insecurities, or that they might feel like they're exploding from overthinking. And I'm not talking about one of these six, i'm talking about all of them. If you have ever had a situation where felt all six of these, I want you guys to type 1 into the chat. 👨🏻‍🚀: So, the point of that experiment wasn't to invalidate what you're feeling, because you're valid for feeling that. I think that is a common human emotion that we all have a problem we're dealing with. Our insecurities are the things that make us lash out, make us feel like we're not enough. And the thing about it, is no matter how rich you are, no matter how handsome you are, no matter how pretty you are, no matter how strong you are, no matter how great you are, no matter how intelligent you are, no matter how competent you are, there's always gonna be moments where this comes to you and I think the best thing to think in this situation is that yes i'm feeling this things, to validate yourself. You're not wrong for feeling this way. There's nothing wrong with you. I can’t believe a person you would put your trust into, marry them, have kids with them and they can do this to you! And then have the nerve to get mad when we choose the bear. It’s really sicko and weird. Would you want this to happen to your daughter or sister or mother? I’m at a lost for words. For the men who say they are our allies, you have a lot of work to do. Men who get offended by this it’s because you know what men are actually capable of. Either you are them or so ashamed you don’t want to admit it. But it doesn’t stop it from happening. At that point, I got 70 with, like, what? nine minutes left to go in the game you think i'm not going for it like like and that's the thing that's crazy when they talk about the unethical part of the basketball i'm like if i have 70 points with 9 minutes to go Who would just be like, you know, coach, just take me out. Yeah, right. Anybody in my shoes with nine minutes left? Okay. A minute? All right. Nine? Yeah, I'm going for it. You can't be mad at that. If you are mad, I don't care because a lot of people, they're upset because if they did play, they never had a chance to get that close to chasing greatness. As you know, I like recommending small and family run companies that do good work for me. When I bought my Johannesburg home, it had a semi-covered veranda and it used to stress me when it was raining. So I used AI to look for a solution and it recommended a company called Solara Awnings and Outdoor Blinds. They fitted the awnings for the first part yesterday and today, and they sent me this video of the work they have done so far. They are very good and very professional. AI recommended awnings with an electric motor, so when it is sunny you can open the veranda louvres, and when it is raining you close them. It gives you the flexibility to control how much light and sun comes in. So here is the deal. As you know, I like recommending small and family run companies that do good work for me. When I bought my Johannesburg home, it had a semi-covered veranda and it used to stress me when it was raining. So I used AI to look for a solution and it recommended a company called Solara Awnings and Outdoor Blinds. They fitted the awnings for the first part yesterday and today, and they sent me this video of the work they have done so far. They are very good and very professional. AI recommended awnings with an electric motor, so when it is sunny you can open the veranda louvres, and when it is raining you close them. It gives you the flexibility to control how much light and sun comes in. So here is the deal. I'm up late with the rest of you building AI agents with the new AI browser from Genspark. We can see where this is all going: a new kind of operating system -- one that is very different than the Microsoft centric way that I've been working for 20 years. There are several things that these new agentic browsers bring to you: 1. They let you change how you browse. With an old browser like Google Chrome, you go to your email, Facebook, or X. 2. With these new browsers, you tell it where to go and what to do for you. 3. It can even build software for you. At the end of this video, I have it building me a little YouTube uploading utility, which is very helpful. 4. They have a ton of "applications" built in. Think of it as a new kind of office suite. Docs. Spreadsheets. Slide decks. And much more. All built with AI, not bolted on the side like with Microsoft's Office. 5. They have AI models built "underneath" so you can work privately and cheaply. There’s a lot of new choices you have to make with browsers like this. I’ve been playing with a bunch of them. Some have better user interfaces than others. Some have different versions, slide components, or applications. The reason I like Genspark is because they ship so fast. I’ve been watching this company since its very beginnings, and every week they ship new things. Just yesterday, they shipped a new photo editing feature for my iPhone. I upload a photo and then I can just talk to it and edit it with my voice. It's really cool. I try to reward companies that ship at such a fast rate and that are shipping innovation that improves our lives. It's not that I'm going to stop using Google Chrome. My whole life has been there for, I don't know, almost 20 years now. This is a different way of working and it gives me a space to run my AI tasks that's different than Google Chrome. I run them side by side. One doing old stuff, one doing new stuff. I can keep using Google Chrome for my old stuff, like my email and my calendar. And I use GenSpark or one of the new AI browsers to do new AI-centric things. All sorts of new things that these new agentic browsers open up! Have you tried it, or one of the other new ones yet? Positioning yourself as more than a stunning Goddess, but actually a woman who has a voice, opinions, perspective, a philosophy, a way to doing things, teaching them what you like, how you like it, why you like it, already makes them want to be that for you.
