It’s been the Lynx way, the culture, I think people have long said that about us. It's official. OpenAI just launched SORA 2... and an entirely new social app. Truthfully... I wanted to hate this. The idea of an endless turbo slop scroller is just… nightmare fuel to me. BUT. The reason I think Sora (the app) might actually just work, is that it’s a multiplayer meme-creation machine. It’s fun. It doesn’t take itself seriously. I think of it like a super advanced evolution of JibJab. The group chats will love it. Now… personally, I'd guess that I will be churning after the novelty fades… but I wouldn’t be surprised if they built some meaningful network effects here. But let’s talk about the model. Sora 2 is an instant Veo 3 alternative. It actually produces better physics, better audio, and deeper realism imo. It can also generate up to 15 seconds of video. Where it falls short is that it’s limited to 720p right now. We can assume 1080p and 4k exist, but the compute cost associated would probably not be economically viable for OpenAI. Okay back to the app. You can create a model after your own likeness, for yourself OR other people to use as a “cameo.” You have control over who and how someone can use your likeness. I’m “rpn24” on the app. If you have access to the app (it’s invite-only for now) – go ahead and create whatever you want using me (for now). I'm not too worried because OpenAI leaned heavily into moderation for launch. Which is probably smart because I expect the media and general public to blast this at first. They’ve also taken further precautions to protect your likeness. You can not export or save a video with someone else's likeness on it, and screen recording is disabled. Also Sora is testing (first I know of its kind) an algorithm you can prompt.

LAUNCH 🚀🚀 I coulda been a fuck nobody who got screwed over and fired, struggling to find a job rn. Instead, I am about to make the generational MONEYMAXXING run that goes down in history. The only difference is the insights I have on hand. Insightmaxxing. Standard practice for corporations is investing in a truckload of numerical data, and hiring for roles such as “Data Analysts” to find these insights. That’s the way it’s always been done. Numbers SUCK at driving ACTIONABLE INSIGHTS though. Charts, dashboards, the most they can tell you is where to look, but they still need analysts to turn it into a format that drives key decisions. What if we were not limited to numbers? There is no way for a human to read enough to get coverage on large datasets without certain abstractions. Excel was invented for this very purpose. A human can’t. LLMs CAN. The very fact that we now have intelligence at the cost of nothing unlock new paradigms of data analysis. We are no longer bound by the limitations of having to work with numbers. We can work with data in their much more optimal, original forms. Texts. Images. Videos. For example, if you make a post on X, a high like count can tell you that it is successful. But you will not know WHY it’s successful. The WHY is information that you can get by looking at the non-numeric data. What exactly did you post about? How is it different from other posts? What did the comments say? If a business launches a new product, positive social media sentiment and an increase in revenue can tell you that you are doing something right. That information is valuable. What is infinitely more valuable is knowing EXACTLY what you did right, and any feedback on how it could have been even better. Today, I am launching my first, public product. It is the first Insights tool of its kind that follows this new paradigm I’ve described. Know exactly what your competitors are doing. What is working for them? Why is it working for them? How can it work for you? Know the exact issues with your offerings as they occur. Bugs, complaints, valuable user feedback. How can it be better? Know all the opportunity spaces you might not be aware of. You cannot possibly read everything. Insightmaxxing will do it for you. I truly believe it is a tool every single company can benefit from using.

It’s the every possession. It’s the work that is really unseen. And it comes with unselfishness. Like there’s a lot of things on the court that you’re not going to get credit for. my new song “BREAKDOWN.” is out on the 21st of June!!! 🖤🖤🖤 I wrote this poem because it’s been the hardest year for my mental health. In my life I’ve always never felt good enough, it’s just the thing that’s eaten me up. For as long as I can remember i have felt constantly afraid of how quickly my head can turn dark. It’s always been so hard to fight the darkness that i inevitably have. A lot of people will say it’s a phase and it will go away. But it doesn’t and the reality of the situation is I have to find strategies to deal with it. To put it plainly the things I don’t like about myself will probably never change, people tell me one day I’ll come-to terms with them one day but I want that day to be FUCKING NOW. This song is a message to myself to try and exist alongside my insecurities and my darkness by grounding myself and remembering what is real in life and the world is so much bigger than me. Try and get out of your head and notice the world around you, notice the things and people around you. Connect with them, the chances are they probably feel the same. Don’t let the bullshit inside your head consume you. It just wastes precious time. Remember what is real. Help people, be kind, help the world, help yourself. If you think you can’t do it, you can. You can get through this, trust me. Use this poem in a mornin to get u out of bed, use it when youre about to back out of something last minute, use it when you’re at your darkest. Right now, I have a few dozen tools to automate my life. Every single thing that I do more than once every week is now a tool: either a Claude Code skill, a scheduled workflow, or an application. • I spend the time doing this once. • I schedule it. • I forget about it (or at least, try to) CREAO is one of the platforms I've used extensively for building some of these automations. They are partnering with me on this post. They are one of the only platforms where you can go from a conversation to a scheduled agent that quickly. This is how it works: 1. You describe the problem you want to solve 2. CREAO's agent builds the logic and executes it 3. You can iterate with the agent to improve the solution 4. When you are done, you turn that solution into a mini app 5. You can schedule that app to run any time you need it Something important: These agents are deterministic. They don't use an LLM to generate answers, so they will always return the same output given the same input. This is critical: when you're automating something that runs every Monday at 9 am, you need it to return the same result every time, not a "creative" answer.

This is where I have to share my raw feelings about Rivian software currently on R1. The software experience they have created is good. It’s their own, with their software stack that they control. With that said, we have to stop making excuses for longstanding bugs. Like Quinn Nelson had posted about long ago, having to do multiple Resets, logins and out to get core functionality to work is not the experience we should be having. I know Rivian and Wassym do not want this. I also know they are working on R2 stuff as well. As a person who has spent real money on 4 Rivian’s with 3 R2 reservation between me and hubby, we are huge fans. Have helped many become Rivian owners as well. But the long outstanding bugs are starting to boil over. It’s dragging the software reliability down. Apple Music has been in Rivian vehicles for just about 2 years now. We are past the stage of it being “new”. Spatial Audio is a key music feature, and for me, and plenty of others, you have to turn that off sometimes just to get music to play. I shouldn’t have to do that. Plus, you can’t change that feature while the vehicle is in drive. So then you have to pull over and fiddle with it just to get it work and sometimes it doesn’t. Rivian assistant can’t do it either. Among other issues, like HVAC preconditioning, unstable cabin temps, GPS locking issues, profile switching not getting right or switching profile after the driver has gotten in, mobile app live activities not functioning properly, and more. The live activities is important, because we don’t have a notification for charging start stop/complete except for charging complete on DCFC, so on a level 2 charger, I don’t know if there is an issue with charging if the live activities don’t appear. Same for HVAC if it’s not showing up I have to keep opening the app to check to see what the temperature is. If you aren’t going to push me a notification that the cabin is at the temp I selected in favor of the live activities, then the live activities has to work. I could go on, but I really love my Rivian. I love the brand, I love what they want to do. And I think R2 is going to change the market for most things, but I want their focus to be on software and stability. Focus on polish, focus on features that many people want, don’t over complicate those things. Example, valet mode should be here by now that locks down speed acceleration and access to certain parts of the vehicle. Basic Pin to drive, not the multi factors drive one that depends on your phone and vehicle having an internet connection. Speedy, clean, stable software is always a win. I know Wassym Bensaid and plenty of others at Rivian can do this. We have seen it before and seen what they can do. The YouTube app is by far the best app they have added. I haven’t had any issues with it. It’s responsive, and works. Everything needs to work like that across the board. Please guy let me help in anyway I can, I just want the best for you and the community and customers. Let’s focus on that. I know some will see this as a complete complaining post but it’s not. It’s a plead to make the experience better for everyone and making the Rivian software the best software it can be.

Right now they’re already setting up the store—the kiosk that Dunk designed myself. i just want to tell everyone that we’ll definitely see each other tomorrow. definitely Iit’s the very first day and Dunk don’t want to miss it. even though i have an outing and even though i’m still on that outing right now my heart is already at the Navori pop-up booth. the pop-up booth you know—the one i’ve been planning and working on. so i think i’ll stop by in the evening around 6:00–6:30pm or so. you can come meet me there. it’s at Central Chidlom on the 2nd floor! it’s located along the walkway between Chidlom and Embassy right in the middle. the area is called Marketplace. we can meet right there along the connecting walkway. you can search for it on google maps. it’s the Navori booth - the booth has a very cute and colorful design and it’s a kiosk that i personally designed and put a lot of care into. so i’d really love for everyone to come and support it tomorrow. we’ll see each other in the evening. and if you’d like to know what new menu items Navori is launching you can stop by as early as the morning. the booth opens from the morning and you can go check it out - reserve items buy them - try them and review them before anyone else. cause tomorrow there will be exclusive menu items available only at Central Chidlom. i’ve added so many of them. i actually bought one today and it’s the Uber Drink. there will be another Uber Drink as well but this one is the latte version. as for the other Uber Drink it’s going to be a secret. you’ll find out tomorrow. i’m honestly super excited about the Uber Drink cause this is the first time Navori has ever made a beverage. normally we have pastries and mooncake-style treats to eat right? but sometimes if you don’t have a drink afterward your throat can get a little dry even though the snacks are delicious. so we’ve added drinks now. i want everyone to enjoy the pastries and when your throat gets just a tiny bit dry you can take a sip of the Uber Latte alongside them. tomorrow i’ll reveal another menu item too. i’ll be announcing one more drink and it’s also part of the Uber line. and as for the pastries i can tell you this much—there will be new flavors tomorrow. about… 8 flavors in total. i’m getting excited already. and there will also be one brand-new special flavor as well. am i giving away too much? Is it not a surprise anymore? let’s leave it at that. there will be lots of brand-new additions tomorrow. things so new that nobody has ever tried them before. of course nobody has tried them—they haven’t even been released yet. anyway i ’d love for everyone to come and give them a try

I’m recording this about 17 minutes before I hop on a zoom call so what’s your watching here? It’s a lot of what you’re watching. I think most importantly what you’re seeing is me having a good time and enjoying myself I’ve been really paying attention to that you know I can be so formulated formulaic strategic just because of you know the muscle memory of being an artist and a professional that sometimes I forget to you know, laughing and have a good time so the top of the year has been very consistent. You know we talked about the optimism you have come January 1 here we are in March. I’m not sure the date but we’re in March now almost in the first quarter and I’ve been working every single day. I’ve been living every single day but two weeks ago I got sick and I don’t know if it was allergies or whatever or something that was just going around because a few of my collaborators also was out and are still out to this to this day but everyone’s good everyone’s getting rest but that break really jolted me and scared me just how when I take the weekends off to go and live I always have this thought of when I go back on Monday do I still have it? Am I still in that mode that I’ve been feeling? the answer to that question is yes and I say that to say there’s this Producer, who I found on TikTok just because I love keeping my ear to the streets. It’s not good on the back and you shouldn’t keep your ear to the street for too long because it’ll make your back hurt, but it’s worth the pain. I promise you, but I found this Producer and the captain was. I’m making a beat every day and if I miss a day I quit and I sell all of my equipment. I’ve been in the search of just new production. I’m looking for a new bounces of drums and I feel like the youth is where it’s always gonna be at. I take pride in pointing at people who may not have the experience or anything yet but that doesn’t mean that you you don’t have what it takes to change the world or the Sonic’s so I reached out to trippy and I told him yo I’ve been looking for help on drums and swings I’m gonna nerd out for you but like I’m kind of getting tired of hearing the snare on the two and four or a repetitive high hat patterns and what I seen when I seen trvpyyy post well what I heard rather with someone who was taking liberties and swings and bounces, so I shot my shot in DM them got his number and we hopped on a FaceTime call and he told me his name was trippy and immediately I started smiling from the inside and out because I have a friend by the name of trippy who very early on took the chance to say yo I like what you doing I want you to get a front seat of what it’s like to be a superstar and also what it’s like to show love and be a friend and pour into someone so recording this now healthy me and Jason are back in the gym. We had a very strong week I had a very exciting week of being outside and just being with friends and loved ones Lotta late nights but we make sure we still get up in the morning and hit our 3 mile run or our leg days, upper body or full body . The weekends are usually my time to rest and live, but I’m recording live now from the studio excited and ready to play and Jam just because I genuinely love what I do there’s a lot That’s about to happen in a great way actually coming up this week and I’m excited for that but I’m even more excited to have a great time and just have a blast I’m so thankful I’m so present. I’m so appreciative of the life that I lived. I love that I get to speak these things and it gets transcribed in a text but I mean every single word.
