Well, it sucks. I weighed like 325 at one point. But, I knew the only clothes I would find were sacks. I lost weight. Size 22 to size 6-8. Now I can’t afford new clothes! But I am healthier.

I gained 40 pounds, 3 years ago. You know what I did? Stopped eating and started exercising. It took 2 years but I lost it and have kept it off. Why would anyone want to be fat? We all know you have trouble turning around to wipe your ass. That in itself is miserable.

Got the solution: eat less + complain less= right size. Very simple math solution. The normal size people are not to be blamed for your fat ass. You feel bad in US, go to Italy and you’ll see everybody is small, that will give you a wake up call.
