Companies are going way too far to try and sell you products Just to buy 2 new windows, a company came out and said you have to - Do a 3 window minimum even through you only need 2 - Sit through a 90 minute presentation on the history of the company, the founder, their story - A presentation on windows, how windows work and why their windows are different - A pitch on the state of the economy and inflation - A horrible negotiation experience on the cost of the actual windows This is actually happening at a lot of places. A similar experience of mine was I literally went to get an oil change at Mountain View tires and they wanted me to come out to the car and go over a full vehicle diagnostic that they would first need to take over an hour doing. They said it was policy It’s all to upsell you. Even places like valvoline make you do a full vehicle inspection now so they can go over it with you and upsell you on repairs

The first Surface ran on Nvidia Tegra ARM chips precisely because the graphics processor and drivers were so much better than others and Nvidia was a fantastic partner. Windows 8 on ARM supported Qualcomm and TI as well. Slide below is from the CES event Jan 2011. It was later that the switch was made to QC only. Here's an old school Windows Phone video of the first time Windows ran on Nvidia Tegra ARM using the desktop compositor which was a BIG deal. Sept 2010.

This man has a Bluetooth vibration plate that you stand on He wakes up in the middle of the night and people are talking on it, you can actually hear the conversation 2 people are clearly speaking through his vibration plate From what I can find on Reddit, there are a lot of other people that have had this happen to them too Apparently the device has a built-in speaker that doubles as a Bluetooth audio receiver and speaker, and it can connect to nearby phones even if your own Bluetooth is off So it’s essentially picking up someone else’s signal and playing it through your vibration plate

This was a massive upgrade over Microsoft's basic 2D bitmap aquarium screensaver from Windows 95/98. I've always loved the way Tesla gives you an option to close all four windows on lock. I bet every single one of us has forgotten to close a window in the past and knows how it annoying it is to go back in the car, turn on the ignition, THEN close the windows. Tesla software does so many amazing little things that improve your quality of life.

Tested: Windows 11’s ‘faster’ File Explorer (preloaded) is still slower than Windows 10. On a 4GB RAM test machine, File Explorer used ~32.4MB of RAM without preloading. After turning on preloading, Windows quietly adds ~35MB more. So Explorer now sits at ~67.4MB in memory before you even open it. 35MB isn’t a big deal in 2025. Your browser eats that for breakfast. That's not the point of my testing. Why is the preloaded File Explorer still slower than Windows 10? I made a video to compare the two versions.

Going into 2026 one thing I would say is worth focusing on and adding to your toolbox is adding to winners more Its not every trade. As not every trade will present the opportunity. (I look for speeds and low resistance delivery windows when I do this) And even when I think I caught momentum a lot of times it will still come back break even on me (Anytime I add leverage to a winner I close BE if it comes back) But all you have to do is catch a couple a day that don't come back break even and your winning trades balloon over the papercuts and BE 📈Just a thought. See you on the charts again in 2026
