We took the Cybertruck to pick up mulch and other landscaping supplies to finish the front yard. It was supposed to be a quick 15 minutes in and out. This couple was so interested in the truck that my wife and I walked up at the end of the video and started talking Tesla! We showed them everything about the truck that we could. While that was happening, another older lady walked up and asked if we could show her the truck too. So my wife finished with the first couple, and I started the tutorial all over again. Needless to say, after an hour had passed, we finally finished and were able to FSD home! 🏡

When you see lights and hear sirens move over and stop. We issued a summons to the driver 20-year-old Javohir Asrorov for failing to yield to an emergency vehicle, no registration, and no insurance after crashing into an Aurora Fire engine that was responding to a call. Emergency lights mean someone needs help don’t make it worse by getting in the way...or your car might end up looking like this one.

We should nuke the filibuster to pass the SAVE America Act. If we don’t have the votes to nuke the filibuster, we should put the SAVE America Act on the floor and debate it until it passes, requiring filibustering senators to speak and making clear that if they stop speaking, we can “call the question” and pass it with a simple majority. If for some reason we can’t do that—and to be clear, there’s no legitimate reason why we can’t—then we should use budget reconciliation to pass it. But not passing the SAVE America Act is not an option. Neither is taking a lengthy recess without doing any of the above.

A homeless man has captured the attention of thousands, not for begging, but for the way he rocks his Dog to sleep every night. When asked why, he explained that life hadn’t always been this way. “When I first got him, we had an apartment,” he said softly. “Living on the street has been a hard adjustment for him. The honking, the sirens, the people, it keeps him up. So every night, I make sure he’s asleep before I close my eyes.” Their bond is a powerful reminder that love does not depend on money, status, or a roof over your head. In 1401, the cathedral chapter of Seville met to decide what to build on the ruins of the city's mosque. According to tradition, this is what they agreed: "Let us build a church so beautiful and so great that those who see it finished will think we were mad." It took more than a century, and when it was finished it was the largest cathedral on earth, and it is still the largest Gothic cathedral in the world... The minaret of the old mosque was left standing and turned into the bell tower, the Giralda. It has no staircase. Inside are thirty-five wide ramps, built so the muezzin could ride a horse to the top to call the city to prayer. People have been climbing them for hundreds of years. And inside the cathedral stands what its own archives call the largest altarpiece in Christendom: a wall of carved wood and gold nearly thirty metres high, telling the life of Christ. The Flemish sculptor who began it, Pieter Dancart, worked on it until he died. It took almost a hundred years to finish. Not one of the men who said that sentence in 1401 lived to see the building completed... We can build anything we want now, but as poet Heinrich Heine once said: "In those days men had convictions, we moderns only have opinions. And it needs more than a mere opinion to erect a Gothic cathedral."

Last week we introduced Kenji to the button that initiates a video call to an emergency contact. Because he already knows to push buttons, he only needed to learn that it was a paw push not a nose push, and the cue "FaceTime". Today he had his second training session and we moved the button into the living room where it will be used, and he immediately went and pushed it when cued. Then we started to add distance. We did a few runs from within the living room, then a few from the kitchen, and finally a few from the back porch. He did it every single time. Young dogs learn very quickly. We kept the session short and just did a few repetitions at the furthest distance. It's tempting to go further away or into a different room, but it's better to leave that for the next session. Overtraining can take the fun out of it for the dog. Yes, they need to get lots of repetitions in for a behavior to become precise and reliable, but we want to keep it enjoyable and not increase difficulty too quickly. If he's already done several repetitions from a distance and then we ask him to do it from a room further away, then we run the risk of him losing interest in the activity and becoming more interested in some of the distractions he passes along the way. Like his bone and a toy box. When training a new skill, the dog needs lots of wins. It's far better for us to end the session where we did, rather than move to the bedroom and have him decide to stop and check out his bone on his way to the button. In a day or so we will do another session with him doing it once from the living room, a couple of fast repetitions from the back porch with exciting rewards, and then increase the difficulty while he's highly motivated. The session after that we will probably hook it up and introduce the sounds that it makes. He's doing awesome at this. It's not surprising. We know that there's more in his giant noggin than just marshmallows. Today, while responding to a medical emergency, our members discovered temperatures inside an elderly resident’s home exceeding 90 degrees. After ensuring the patient received the emergency medical care they needed, the crew wasn’t finished. Thanks to our incredible community partners at Cool Down St. Louis (CoolDownStlouis.Org), they secured an emergency air conditioning unit to help make the home safe & comfortable. Service isn’t always measured by the emergency itself. Sometimes it’s measured by the extra step taken after the call. Every call. Every day. Leaving things better. #YourFireDepartment #STLCity

We got a call to pick up this precious baby from a location in Oyo State, the client clearly stated the car was in a pretty bad condition and that he wanted to refurbish the car for his Dad. Arrangements were made for pick up and shortly after the driver passed Ibadan, the engine was overheating, and there were oil droplets on the road from the engine, he waited for a while and allowed the engine to cool off and topped up the water in the radiator, he had not driven for 10 minutes before the engine overheated again, I contacted our client and I told him the best option was to tow the car because there was no way that car would get to Inside Òṣogbo , he said we should go ahead and he was going to cover the cost. The car arrived our workshop Doromecho Automobile Solutions Ltd. Inside Òṣogbo safely. We informed our client and gave him the update, it was indeed going to be a total and complete Overhaul and refurbishment but of course, we were up to it.

This is how I’ll know the exact Bitcoin bottom is in. The 2022 pattern points to October–December. And there is only one way to confirm it: Sentiment. Wait for the crowd to scream that Bitcoin is finished. Wait for the loudest bulls to finally break. And this cycle already has one perfect signal: Michael Saylor. The crowd was trained to believe he would never sell. Strategy would always buy. Institutions would always save Bitcoin. That belief is the trap. Retail always does the same thing: They follow the loudest bull at the worst possible time. When that bull breaks, retail breaks with him. That is when sentiment hits the floor. That is when we buy. I’ll make sure you know when it happens. Reminder: I’ve called all the market tops and bottoms for the last 15 years, including the Bitcoin bottom at $16,000 and the top at $126,000. There’s been a fire where I live. I was out on my jog when a few lads and I rushed over to see what was happening, and before we knew it, we’d ended up running all the way to the local station. Nottinghamshire Fire and Rescue Service do a fantastic job. I just hope everyone is ok
