@bhash @OlaElectric Subscribed for ola care +. But past 7 days no one has shown up for care. The + in care + is added waiting period. And now they are talking about hyper service which I think it will be just an hype rather than hyper. Before selling the product a strong service infra needed.

Despite the latest controversy, I want Ola Electric to succeed. This is will only accelerate manufacturing in India. Yes, a lot of spare parts of Ola scooties are imported from China but you can’t do much at this point- you start with assembly and slowly whole ecosystem is built around with SMEs producing and supplying key components. Ola is doing at least some in-house manufacturing, that’s how they got PLI. Tata Nixon right now is the best selling EV; one time it used to frequently catch fire but they fixed it. I hope Bhavish Aggarwal spends time understanding genuine complaints and fix the products in due time instead of picking fights off twitter. Ola has distribution and production capacity, they need to fix some quality issues, hope Bhavish get down to business. Here is video of Ola electric factory.

10 years ago, Yobyke died because of service issues. Ola is repeating the same mistake. I have reached out to Bhavish Aggarwal over email to resolve this together. As we have served EV DOCTOR to 1000s of EV workshops, which can serve their customers to solve their problems. Last time I tried to collaborate but got no response from Bhavish Aggarwal and Ola Electric team. Instead I got a lot of hate comments and DMs in return. The media like Economic Times covered it, called it a warning. (I never warned) And now this. When can we be really proud of an Indian EV brand.? I want to like many, but after sales service support is lethal for customers. Bots and paid tweets can't solve them. EV Doctor Device (Made by our team) can help you solve battery related issues.
