@bhash @OlaElectric Subscribed for ola care +. But past 7 days no one has shown up for care. The + in care + is added waiting period. And now they are talking about hyper service which I think it will be just an hype rather than hyper. Before selling the product a strong service infra needed.

@bhash @OlaElectric Social media is full of OLA complaints. The only way no service backlog is possible if they stop registering complaints or auto closing existing ones.
