I don’t know. If you look at the game log and actually watched the games, you’d know he was consistent on the road and home. He was hurt in the JMU game and missed a lot of snaps and that injury popped back up for the last 3 games in the season. He had ACL surgery postseason.

He only played 10 snaps and got injured in a road game against App state. Had 2 tackles. If that was 14 tackles then it’s a much more marginal difference.

I’ll vouch for him being all over the field when we played at ODU last year. In 2022, he only had 2 stops in Boone because he suffered an injury very early in that game. He averaged 14.2 tackles in the other road games.

Nathaniel Watson has much bigger home/road discrepancy. 17 solo/84 ast in 8 home games, 18/18 in 4 road games. ODU has 3 of top 10 national assisted tackles, Miss State & EMU each with 2

As someone that works with and uses college defensive stats on a routine basis. This is an across the board issue. If you want the most accurate stats I would say that is PFF. If you compare their stats to all others you will see big differences across the board.
