Can we get a proper wayland bar as well? Maybe something similar to Current waybar is lacking, especially for multi-monitor setups.

Would the Foot terminal also be themed together with the rest of Omarchy?

Yes, already set like so in Omarchy 3.8 if you make it your terminal.

I should test again but I did set Foot as my default but didn't have the feeling it was using the Omarchy set theme

You need to install it via Install > Terminal > Foot. Otherwise it won't have the right configs.

Ah yes, I installed Foot hours before Foot was introduced into that terminal menu. Works!! Different (but better) background color than Allacrity but all good. Maybe a single notification when the user has installed something when there would be a way to use the theme later on?

Quickshell looks slick. Curious why you picked it over eww or AGS. Was it the QML ergonomics or wider widget control?

QS will replace waybar and mako. And perhaps even walker.

I am new to Linux and Omarchy and I find it easy to use and excited to learn.

Any chance of going on all in on getting nightlys for cursor/codex/claude code? It's gotten better but its still painful to get releases 3-5 days later than mac in many instances.

Awesome! Omarchy has totally changed my dev workflow. Took some getting used to doing everything from the keyboard, but now I get annoyed when I'm on Windows or macOS (and my job forces me to use far too many OSes).

Replacing Waybar?

Quickshell is so nice you can replace so many applications with it and easily extend it and with hyprland lua you can do a lot even with touch gestures
