Omarchy Linux is going to hit a ceiling without having a solution to identity, or multiplayer networking, for your plugins. Unlike most of the outrage about Omarchy, this isn't a DHH problem, but a Linux problem. But pair Omarchy with Urbit and the problem goes away:

The demo above is for `%tend`, an Urbit app + Omarchy plugin from @sarlev_ . It is an Apple Reminders clone that works: - as an Omarchy plugin - in the browser - in a native mobile app All without needing to: - add and remove and manage (and pay for) more users on your @tailscale network - use a centralized cloud service to host your database or business logic - create a new identity system for every little plugin app that you want to build and share with your friends - open ports on your home network (yikes) or set up a VPS to relay packets Follow along this week for more examples of how people are putting @urbit in @OmarchyLinux to seize the benefits of self-sovereign identity, peer-to-peer networking, and a computer that you can trust to be yours--forever.
