day 18 & day 19 ✅ forgot to post yesterday but did get my workout in, and today as a rest day from the weights i just did some very light cardio. people say zone2 training is the move so making sure to get some of that in ! back to weights tomorrow!

🌹: So today, I was at the studio for a bit again, and I haven’t even had a chance to change clothes yet, so I’m not sure if it’s okay for the logo to be showing like this. I guess I should cover up the logo a bit. My body’s gotten a bit bigger compared to before. I checked my weight recently around this time last year, I was 62 kg, but now I’m 69 kg

🦊 Taking care of my body is hard since it’s my first time doing it like this. It’s not like I have a personal trainer or anything. I’m eating brown rice, but this one’s actually low-calorie fermented konjac rice. I eat it moderately with some mulhoe (cold raw fish soup) 🦊 Since the comeback is tomorrow, I came to work out while I still have some time. We have two pre-recordings coming up, so I won’t have much time to exercise later. That’s why I came out early today to get a workout in 🦊 I had chicken breast and rice mixed it together with a bit of sesame oil and Buldak sauce

TEN’s TMI: I suddenly got a sore throat after coming to Shanghai, so I took some medicine, but it actually got worse this morning. I was really nervous since I had to sing tonight and my voice wasn’t coming out well, so I got some throat syrup.
