This story is not clear enough to me. The Oluyole land doesn’t belong to the man as it was leased. The question should be if the land is owned by chief Nureni family (Oluyole) which the chief the could be head of that family.

The story does not add up, you said the place was giving to you temporarily when you first approached ministry of Lands, meaning that the land does not belong to you , to me it means you are renting the place. Do you have a deed of agreement and Certificate of occupancy?
