Many of our friends and family members, whom we generally praise sometimes defraud their colleagues and hide under the guise of hustle culture and we celebrate them. Not only that, we pray for the kind of grace they possess. This is Reality.

A staff once told a new manager that he doesn’t know why he is so rigid and tough. That the business owner is already a rich man, thus it is our turn to make money.

He’s not lying, the church is basically covering the whole back street where my parents lives. The situation happened between 2021-2024. Yes I attend his business conference every Sunday morning.

I can relate. My salesgirl sold polythene worth ₦346k but only remitted ₦310k, diverting ₦36k. She didn’t know I had already calculated the remaining goods and recorded everything. When I cross-checked the stock with the sales record, the discrepancy became clear.

HOLD YOUR ACCOUNTANT RESPONSIBLE. HE KNOWS EVERYTHING & FRAUD WOULDN'T BE POSSIBLE WITHOUT HIS CONSENT.

Before you abuse that politician for misappropriation of funds, think, would have done the same?

I told one guy recently that my biggest fear in businesses as far as this country is concerned is theft.

You must have the wrong Controls and poor audit and extremely poor information network to be down $50m before you realized it Sir. Just being honest. Also the Invoice release needs control.

Later people wonder why some rich people don't invest here in Nigeria, it's because of the kind of people we have here They can ruin all your years of hard work within a short period and leave you buttered

Doing business in Nigeria and you are giving staff unsupervised access to your finances? LOL 😂 it’s not funny but they will laugh at you while they rob you mercilessly. This is why the country will remain bad for longer because the average citizen steals like the politicians.

They could still be apprehended. If they invite external investigators.

This is why most top businesses in Nigeria are lead by white people. If you want accountability and sustainability put a white person at the center of affairs. They don’t conform to deceit or the usual black mans pattern. Black man go chop you, ruin you and still play victim.
