Some Ugandans are completely heartless 💔💔

By Law: The car guy is in the right, the bicycle guy was contradicting the flow of traffic in a one way. By the principle of humanity: Car guy should have mercy and compensate the cycler, after all he has already taught him a lesson.

Leaving alone what they did to the bicycle guy, Kampala is hell, no pedestrian walkways, motorcycle or bicycle lanes. Just see the confusion in this short video!

Cyclists and boda bodas behave like the traffic rules and regulations are a suggestion, I will never pity any of them. Most of the accidents and situations they get into are avoidable and drivers are frustrated because the police doesn't do anything to them.

First organize those cyclists before you call people haertless. Those guys never follow any traffic law.
