When did you start letting drunk people abuse you (on camera) and let them leave the scene without arresting them? Would you follow the same standard for common man too or is it only for arrogant people who threaten using VIP names?

Police chief caught lying on police report regarding man that he pulled his firearm on. This surveillance footage from April 30, 2025, captures a highly controversial confrontation in an alleyway behind a shopping plaza on Fruitville Pike in Lancaster County, Pennsylvania. The fallout from this exact clip ultimately resulted in the termination of the local police chief. Meet police chief of Manheim Township Duane Fisher who was involved in the incident with 24-year-old local resident Benny Peña-Rivera. Chief Fisher was off-duty, wearing plainclothes (a polo shirt and shorts), and driving an unmarked police vehicle when he spotted Peña-Rivera riding a motorcycle. Fisher claimed the bike lacked a license plate and was being driven erratically, so he followed it into a rear alleyway behind a Wingstop restaurant without ever activating his emergency lights or sirens. As the camera rolls, the reality of the encounter unfolds: The moment Chief Fisher exits his unmarked SUV, he instantly draws his service weapon and points it directly at Peña-Rivera. Fisher walks up from behind, aggressively grabs Peña-Rivera, and physically pulls him off the stationary motorcycle. The two grapple briefly before Peña-Rivera manages to break free from Fisher's grip and flees the scene on foot in fear for his life. Notice how Fisher only turns on his vehicle's police lights after Peña-Rivera has already run away. The day after the incident, the Manheim Township Police Department released a statement painting a completely different picture. They claimed that Peña-Rivera ignored verbal commands, actively pushed and shoved Chief Fisher, and weaponized his motorcycle to force his way past the chief to escape. Based on that narrative, Peña-Rivera was arrested at his home and slapped with a felony charge of aggravated assault along with evading arrest. Peña-Rivera firmly maintained his innocence, stating he had absolutely no clue the random man screaming and pulling a gun on him in an alley was a police officer. When this rear security footage was discovered and leaked to the press, the department's official story completely crumbled. Once the District Attorney's office reviewed the surveillance tape, they immediately dropped all criminal charges against Peña-Rivera, who only pleaded guilty to minor traffic violations. Chief Fisher was placed on administrative leave while an independent investigation was launched. However, the public backlash and the undeniable evidence on tape made his position completely untenable. The Manheim Township Board of Commissioners bypassed the conclusion of the investigation and voted to terminate Fisher's employment. Another one of those times where a camera came to the rescue when a corrupt cop was being deceptive.

An 18-year-old Sri Lankan Tamil refugee was killed after a bar brawl escalated into a fatal hit-and-run in Chennai’s Koyambedu in the early hours of Sunday, May 31. Seven people have been arrested in connection with the case. The deceased, identified as Yancy, suffered severe head injuries after being knocked off a motorcycle by a car allegedly driven by one of the accused. A 17-year-old girl who was travelling with Yancy was also injured and has been admitted to a hospital for treatment. According to the police, the incident stemmed from a scuffle between two groups inside a bar in Koyambedu on Saturday night. Security personnel intervened and escorted both groups out of the premises, but the altercation continued on the street. Investigators said that some of Yancy’s friends, who were on motorcycles, allegedly pelted stones at a car occupied by the rival group, including Balakumar alias Balaguru and Suman Sakthivel, damaging the vehicle. In retaliation, Suman Sakthivel allegedly drove the car into the motorcycles. Yancy was thrown off the vehicle and suffered fatal head injuries. She died at the scene. Following the incident, Koyambedu police launched a search operation and examined CCTV footage from the area. Balakumar alias Balaguru, who was in the car at the time of the incident, was arrested. During questioning, he allegedly told police that his friend Suman Sakthivel was driving the vehicle when it hit the motorcycles. Police have arrested seven people so far. Further investigation is underway.

A 21-year-old woman was allegedly murdered in broad daylight at the BC Road bus stand in Bantwal taluk of Dakshina Kannada district on Thursday evening, sending shockwaves across Karnataka. The victim, identified as Lavanya, a resident of Kakkepadavu, worked at a private nursing home in Kalladka. Police said the accused, identified as Chethan, allegedly attacked her with a machete after she repeatedly rejected his advances. He was arrested within hours near Vamanjoor-Pacchanadi on the outskirts of Mangaluru following a coordinated police operation. The incident has sparked widespread outrage and renewed concerns over crimes linked to harassment and one-sided obsession. Police have registered a murder case and launched a detailed investigation into the circumstances leading to the attack. According to the police, Lavanya was returning home from work on Thursday, 16 July, at around 6 pm. She had boarded a KSRTC bus from Bantwal to Kakkepadavu after finishing her shift at the private nursing home in Kalladka. Police said Chethan, who is believed to be a distant relative of the victim, boarded the same bus and sat next to her. The accused had allegedly been pursuing Lavanya despite her repeatedly rejecting his advances. Sensing something was wrong, Lavanya reportedly called one of her relatives and informed them that a young man had sat beside her on the bus. The call was disconnected shortly afterwards. After Lavanya got off the bus at the BC Road bus stand, the accused allegedly followed her. Police said he then took out a machete from a bag and chased her. Despite her attempt to escape, he allegedly attacked her repeatedly before fleeing the scene. Police personnel from the Bantwal subdivision and Bantwal Town Police Station rushed to the spot soon after receiving information about the incident and began an investigation. Lavanya, who sustained critical injuries, was immediately shifted to Bantwal Taluk Hospital. However, she succumbed to her injuries despite efforts to save her. After the attack, the accused allegedly fled towards Mangaluru in an Alto car. During his escape, he reportedly called Lavanya's father and told him that he had killed his daughter and intended to end his own life. Acting swiftly, the Bantwal subdivision police formed a special investigation team. Using mobile phone location data and CCTV footage, officers traced and arrested the accused along with the vehicle near Vamanjoor-Pacchanadi on the outskirts of Mangaluru. Police sources said the accused had allegedly created a disturbance at the private hospital where Lavanya worked about a month earlier. Hospital staff reportedly intervened and prevented the situation from escalating. Investigators are now examining whether the absence of a formal police complaint after the earlier incident contributed to the tragedy. Bantwal Town Police have registered a case and are continuing their investigation.

Excellent Breakdown Of The Mysterious “Suicide” Of The Hero Police Officer Who Saved 4 Lives During Oklahoma City Bombing Right before he ‘Committed Suicide’ he said, “They're not telling the truth about what's going on down there” “One year after the Oklahoma City bombings, this officer who saved four lives was found unalived under very strange circumstances. On April 19th, 1995, Sergeant Terrence Yeakey responded to calls that a bomb had gone off in the Murroff Federal Building in downtown Oklahoma City. Sergeant Yakey was the first person to respond that day and was able to save four people before the second floor collapsed and he injured his back so severely he wasn't able to continue. An hour and a half later, police arrested Timothy McVeigh and Terry Nichols, who were anti-government extremists. A year after the bombing, Sergeant Yakey and 90 other officers were selected to receive the city's medal of valor, but just three days before the ceremony, he was found unalived in a field near his hometown of El Reno, Oklahoma. His car was found abandoned along the side of a dirt road, and there was a lot of blood in the car, but his body was found about a mile into the field off of that road. No gun was found on the scene, but he had been shot in the head and he was covered in cuts as well. According to one report, quote, "While still inside his Ford Probe that he had parked on a lonely country road, Yakey slashed himself 11 times on both forearms, twice on his throat, then apparently seeking an even more private place to end his life, he crawled 8,000 feet through rough terrain and climbed a fence before putting a gun to his head, which apparently took him to the hereafter.” He didn't leave a note, there was no investigation or autopsy, but police still immediately ruled that he had taken his own life. Terry had an ex-wife named Tanya who was the mother of his children and she claimed when she picked him up from the hospital after the bombing, he quote, started crying and It's not what they're saying it is. They're not telling the truth about what's going on down there, but wouldn't elaborate any further. She claimed that two or three days after the bombing, he asked her to take him back to the site so he could check for something under the daycare center, but they were turned away. She claimed that his supervisor made him rewrite his report on the bombing and that he started showing up at her house at very strange hours and acting very anxious and afraid. She'd said he'd started gathering up all of their insurance paperwork for her to keep, he wanted them to get remarried so that her daughters would be protected if something happened to him, and she said that he, quote, knew something was coming fast and was trying to protect his family, but he wasn't fast enough. After he passed, she went bankrupt and lost their house, and she said she knew for sure if he'd planned to take his life, he would have made sure that they were taken care of first. His daughters didn't receive a cent of his pension. And Tonya said that the police department was much more concerned with promoting a narrative that he took his own life because he felt guilty for not being able to save more people during the bombing and that he was estranged from his wife and children, which was simply not true. So do you think that he took his own life or do you think somebody took it for him? And either way, why was there no investigation or autopsy performed?”

🇺🇸 CRAZY FOOTAGE In footage published by PoliceActivity on September 30, 2025, it can be seen how a police officer was involved in a shooting on December 13, 2024, in St. Johnsbury, Vermont. Police Captain Michael Gray, along with colleagues, arrived at the scene to investigate an alleged domestic violence incident at the home of 38-year-old Scott Mason. The address was a multi-unit building where Mason lived. Upon arrival, Captain Gray knocked on the front door, which was unlocked, but no one answered. Using his authority to check on the condition of the alleged victim, Captain Gray entered the building accompanied by Officer Jasmine Hendry. As they entered, Captain Gray began ascending the stairs, with Officer Hendry following him. Halfway up the stairs, they encountered the alleged victim – a woman who appeared shaken and pointed down a hallway just a few meters from where Gray was standing. Turning in the indicated direction, Captain Gray suddenly heard a gunshot, and a bullet struck him, causing an injury. Officer Hendry quickly descended the stairs to take cover, while the woman ran out of the hallway. Despite his injury, Captain Gray remained on the landing, taking cover behind the door frame, and drew his service weapon. As he tried to assess the situation, he was hit by a second shot, causing further injury. At that moment, Captain Gray fired toward the shooter, aiming at the source of the gunfire, but the bullet did not hit the suspect or anyone else. Captain Gray lost consciousness from the gunshot wounds and, lying on the floor, saw Scott Mason with a shotgun. Mason shouted, “Get the [expletive] out!” and ran out through a second-floor window. Officer Jasmine Hendry transported Gray to the Northeastern Vermont Regional Hospital, where he was later transferred to Dartmouth-Hitchcock Medical Center with serious but non-life-threatening injuries. Mason was arrested two days later and charged with first-degree attempted murder, aggravated assault on a police officer, possession of a firearm after a conviction for violence, carrying a deadly weapon during the commission of a felony, and bodily injury. Gray was discharged from the hospital on December 19.

Determined, I continued focusing on Rabiu, the gang leader. During this time, Nenchin Moses confessed that Rabiu had been arrested three months prior and detained by SARS. I suggested pulling out Rabiu’s records and locating the person who had secured his release, but SARS dismissed my suggestion as immaterial. Later, I remembered that Rabiu’s brother Dogo was at Amansea. When we followed up, we found out he had already fled. Tracking Rabiu’s numbers was frustrating, as all the lines were switched off. On June 20, one of the trackers managed to locate a new number belonging to a gang member named Buba. He was traced to Zaki Biam in Benue State. I sent someone to Benue with help from the police, but they couldn’t access the area because it was considered unsafe and required military intervention, which I couldn’t afford, Dem say police not fit arrest person for there na only army get the power. Somehow, Buba found out he was being tracked and switched off his phone, disappearing for a while. Two days later, my tracker obtained his new number and traced him to Taraba State. By this time, I was running low on funds. I had spent a lot on hospital bills, mobilizations, and tracking efforts, with each analysis costing ₦100,000. I was still determined to find those who tried to kill me. A Good Samaritan offered to assist me mobilize the police to arrest Buba in Jalingo through a soft target, his girlfriend. We were making plans to send the police to apprehend him in Taraba when I received an unexpected call from my uncle in Adamawa State. My uncle informed me that he had just spotted my car on the road and was chasing it. I quickly sent him money to mobilize the police. He eventually caught up with the car at a filling station and confronted the driver. He confirmed it was my car with a new plate number. Despite a new plate number being installed on the car, my uncle recognized it instantly. The car had a unique mark that only someone familiar with it would notice. My uncle often used the car whenever his in the East and, as a panel beater, was particularly observant of such details. So, my uncle grabbed the driver and handed him over to the police. Under questioning, the driver admitted he bought the car for 4 million naira, paying 2.5 million upfront, with the balance still outstanding. When pressed to reveal who sold him the car, he agreed to take the authorities to the seller. or good news as the driver led the team to the location. The tension was overwhelming—I couldn’t stop wondering who they would encounter. And then, just as they arrived, there he was—Rabiu, the elusive mastermind, completely unsuspecting. The moment he realized what was happening, he made a desperate attempt to escape. But this time, there was no way out. The police moved in swiftly, and Rabiu was finally arrested. For me, it was a moment of immense relief and triumph—a major breakthrough in the case

Arkansas trooper performs a pit on the wrong car. Gets fired for his actions. Mind blowing how he mixed up these two cars. The chain of events began when a trooper clocked a white Buick Envista flying down the highway at 92 mph in a 60 mph zone. The trooper initiated a standard traffic stop and pulled the SUV over to the shoulder. Upon approaching the driver, the trooper smelled what he believed to be marijuana and subsequently discovered the driver was operating with a suspended license. However, when instructed to step out of the vehicle, the driver refused, hit the gas, and fled the scene. The trooper rushed back to his patrol car to give chase, but in flow of highway traffic, he briefly lost visual contact with the suspect's white SUV. Moments later, as the trooper reentered the highway, he spotted a white GMC Yukon exiting the interstate at Exit 5. Believing this was the fleeing suspect making a desperate attempt to escape onto city streets, the trooper aggressively pursued the vehicle and executed a Tactical Vehicle Intervention (TVI) / PIT maneuver to force the SUV to a spinning stop on the off-ramp. With his weapon drawn, the trooper approached the forced-stopped SUV and aggressively ordered the occupant out. But as a woman stepped out of the vehicle visibly shaken, the terrifying truth immediately set in: it wasn't the suspect. The trooper had completely misidentified the vehicle, pitting an innocent motorist while the actual suspect successfully got away. To his credit, the trooper immediately de-escalated, realized the gravity of his mistake, and apologized profusely on the scene. At least he owned up to his incompetence. Immediate Termination: The trooper was still within his probationary period, was placed on administrative duty and officially terminated within 72 hours. No Lawsuit Filed: Despite the immense trauma of the event, the female driver chose not to file a lawsuit. Arkansas State Police Director Colonel Mike Hagar publicly thanked her for handling the highly stressful situation "with grace." Her only request was for total public privacy. Vehicle Restitution: The state took full, immediate financial and legal responsibility on the scene to completely cover the property damage and ensure her vehicle was repaired or replaced. Suspect Arrested: The actual fleeing suspect turned himself into State Police headquarters two days later and was hit with multiple charges, including felony fleeing. This trooper was fresh out of training and in his probationary period, it still blows my mind on how you mix up two vehicles that are so incredibly different. What was his qualifier, both vehicles were white? Dude called the vehicle in when he pulled it over. I question the quality of his training he received. That woman could have been seriously injured and he had his gun pulled on her. She should have filed a lawsuit.

WARNING | Strong language in the video attached. I’ve been alerted to a video I’m mentioned in, which refers to trespassing. Here’s what went down. We were on a story about eThekwini town-planning issues. The property seen in the video has been at the centre of litigation over the validity of its plans. On Friday, judgment was handed down in the case and the court ordered that the plans in its current form be set aside. While capturing exterior visuals of the house under construction (for reference), my colleague was confronted by the owners who claimed he was trespassing. I was across the road in our vehicle, on a call, at the time. I went over to the entrance of the property where the commotion was taking place, and by now my colleague was being prevented from leaving by the aggressive owner and his family/security. The owner then grabbed the camera and tripod, threatened to smash it, and eventually placed it several metres away - further into the property. The memory card was wiped and then confiscated (read stolen). We provided our names and where we work and told the man to pursue the matter via our company if there was an issue or he felt aggrieved. He refused. Instead my colleague was held against his will, surrounded by several people who were armed. At some point, he tried to intimidate me and charged at me, swearing, when he was stopped by a relative (video attached). He then called the Metro Police and so began a four hour ordeal. At its peak, at least 12 police officers in three vehicles responded to the “trespassing” incident - even putting off other complaints elsewhere because they were still busy. Eventually, my colleague and the equipment were piled into a police car and taken to Berea SAPS. After an hour or so, the station commander - who was summoned to assist - decided there was insufficient evidence for my colleague to be arrested, as demanded by the family, and he was released. One of the officers, who was privy to the internal conversations, remarked to me on the sidelines how “people with money think they have their own law.” Considering that there are elements of kidnapping, intimidation and theft at play, we will also be exploring the best way forward after consultation with our legal team.

This is next level incompetence on display with this one. Walmart AP and local sheriff mistake one Asian man for a different Asian man and the wrongful arrest gets them in a 10 million dollar lawsuit. Tony Nguyen was shopping with his girlfriend, Lauren Caldwell, at a Walmart in Spring Hill, Florida, when an asset protection specialist named David Pettigrew mistakenly identified him as Cody Vanderland—a known shoplifter who had been legally banned from the store for trespassing and was flagged as potentially violent. Pettigrew immediately called the police. Hernando County Deputy Michael McNeely arrived at the scene and immediately placed Nguyen under arrest. Despite repeated pleas from Nguyen and his girlfriend explaining that he was just grocery shopping and that this was a mistake, Deputy McNeely failed to perform the most basic step of police protocol: he never asked Nguyen for his name or requested to see his identification before putting him in handcuffs. It wasn’t until Nguyen arrived at the Hernando County jail for processing that the deputy finally checked his ID and realized they had the wrong man. McNeely apologized and prepared to drive Nguyen home—but the nightmare wasn't over. While en route, McNeely’s supervisor requested a photo of Nguyen’s ID. The supervisor discovered that Nguyen actually had a trespassing warning at that exact same Walmart from 10 years prior. Even though Nguyen had been told in court a decade ago that the warning would only last for one year, the supervisor ordered the deputy to turn the cruiser around, take Nguyen back to jail, and officially book him. While prosecutors dropped the trespassing charges just two months later, Nguyen filed a federal lawsuit seeking $10 million in damages, citing racial profiling, false imprisonment, and false arrest. The case (Nguyen v. Walmart Inc. et al.) moved through the U.S. District Court for the Middle District of Florida. After intense litigation, Nguyen reached a settlement with Walmart and the loss prevention specialist, leading to their dismissal from the case. Following further legal resolutions with the deputy involved, the entire federal lawsuit was officially closed and terminated. In the end this error cost the tax payers of this county and Walmart an undisclosed payout amount for their incompetence.

Officer can't swallow his own pride and gets baited into a altercation with a teenager that cost him his job. When law enforcement arrives at a scene, the expectation is that they will serve as a stabilizing force to de-escalate tension. However, in this body camera footage out of Springfield, Illinois, we witness a routine property damage call completely break down when an officer allows personal pride to override professional duty. Springfield Police Officer Samuel Rosario responded to a domestic property dispute. Upon arrival, he was met with verbal hostility from 19-year-old resident Robert Humes, who began shouting insults and demanding the officer's badge number. Instead of maintaining boundaries, stepping back, or letting his partner handle the communication, Officer Rosario completely unraveled and matched the teenager's language. What followed was a shocking display of unprofessional conduct captured entirely on camera. Instead of utilizing standard de-escalation tactics, Rosario actively taunted and goaded the teenager, explicitly telling him that he was going to "give him these hands" and repeatedly challenging him to a physical confrontation. The officer even promised Humes that if he agreed to the confrontation, he wouldn't be arrested. Despite the intense verbal provocation, Humes refused to engage. However, Officer Rosario closed the distance anyway, lunging at the teenager and initiating a physical altercation. Following the encounter, Rosario's partner verbally declared that he was staying out of the dispute and did not get involved. True to the Rosario's bizarre promise to the resident, Humes was not legally arrested or charged. The accountability for this interaction was swift. Recognizing the severity of the misconduct, Rosario's own partner reported the incident to a supervisor immediately afterward. The Springfield Police Department launched an investigation, resulting in Rosario's termination. The legal consequences escalated further when a jury found Samuel Rosario guilty of misdemeanor battery and felony official misconduct, permanently ending his career in law enforcement. This footage serves as a stark reminder of the critical importance of emotional restraint and professionalism in uniform. When an officer drops their training to engage in a personal vendetta, they compromise public trust and face severe real-world consequences. This officer was clearly not fit to wear a badge and good job by his partner that he turned Rosario in.

🚨Hero police officer reveals his fears after being sacked for tackling knife-wielding teenager - as Home Secretary faces calls to step in An award-winning police officer who was sacked for a 'lack of respect' after arresting a knife-carrying teenager has claimed the saga has left him worrying about whether he can 'pay his mortgage'. The shocking footage shows how PC Lorne Castle grabbed the 15-year-old boy, who was suspected of assault, and pushed him into a wall before slamming him into the ground and proceeding to place his hand over the youth's face while shouting threats and curse words. During the commotion a Stanley-type knife fell out of the teenager's waistband. PC Castle, 46, was dismissed from Dorset Police over the Bournemouth arrest, sparking a wave of criticism as it emerged the teen was suspected of assaulting two people including an elderly gentlemen. He has now lifted the lid on a nightmare 16 months which he said 'could have broken him' - as Home Secretary Yvette Cooper faces calls to step in. The police officer told GB News: 'I came into police nine or 10 years ago. Prior to that, I was in the sports industry, went to Bournemouth University where I did law. 'I've had a confident life and am happy and get on with people. The last year and a half, when they've put me on restricted duties, I'm not allowed face-to-face contact with people. 'I'm isolated. I don't know whether I'm going to be able to pay the mortgage and bring money home until I see how this goes.' PC Castle also gave an insight into what was going through his head during the incident, which resulted in him being found guilty of gross misconduct. 'My intent was to arrest a potentially violent suspect without injuries,' he said. 'He was arrested, no injuries and no complaint, and a knife was removed from the street. 'It's not a nice situation for anyone to be in...other officers have been in that situation and that's why I am here now. Any mistake, pause or hesitation can have dramatic results. 'My intention was good and that's why I have maintained my innocence, because I know my own mindset. 'If I know it can be analysed like a sport, armchair critiquing, some time down the line, it's gonna make you pause. Whether that's good or bad it needs to be looked at.' It comes after Dorset Police released the full bodycam footage from PC Castle's partner on the stop, allowing the public to judge the chaotic episode for themselves. Following the arrest PC Castle's colleagues reported concerns about his conduct to senior officers, prompting a 16-month investigation and gross misconduct proceedings. A misconduct panel last week found PC Castle made the boy feel 'frightened and intimidated' and showed him a 'lack of courtesy and respect' during the arrest in January last year. The officer admitted that he 'lost control' during the arrest and tearfully apologised for his 'out of character' actions at a police disciplinary hearing. The panel, led by Wiltshire Police Assistant Chief Constable Deborah Smith, found him guilty of gross misconduct. They said he failed to act with self-control, did not treat the boy with courtesy or respect and that his 'shouting, swearing, finger pointing, taking hold of the boy's face suggested use of leg restraints was not necessary, reasonable or proportionate'. It was alleged the officer also grabbed the boy's throat but this was not proven. PC Castle was dismissed without notice and barred from serving again. The bodycam footage showed how PC Castle was the first out of the patrol car before putting the boy to the wall and then pushing him to the ground while shouting: 'You're under arrest'. While on top of the teenager on the ground, he then shouted: 'Get on the ground. Get down. Get down. 'Show me your f***ing hands, now. Put your f***ing hands behind your [back].' The teen, who is clearly distressed, screams and told PC Castle 'I can't' - as the officer is on top of him. PC Castle's female colleague can then by heard trying to intervene to de-escalate the situation, but Castle would not be stopped. While pointing his finger into the teen's face, he yelled: 'Right, listen, stop screaming like a little b****. Do you understand that? Shut up.' He continues: 'Roll over. Right, you try resisting again, do you understand? Right, shut up. 'If you try resisting one more time - right get your f***ing hands behind your back, do you understand? 'One hand at a time! One hand at a time. Stop screaming.' Speaking into his radio PC Castle then asks for another unit to be sent over because the suspect is 'being a little b****.' He then begins yelling at the boy again, while still on top of him on the ground, and pointing into his face. 'Right, stop resisting or I'm going to smash you. Do you understand? Put your hands behind your back.' PC Castle then tells members of the public who are watching on: 'Move back, now.' He places his hands on top of the boy's face, prompting him to cry out in what appears to be pain. He shouts: 'You are under arrest at the moment on suspicion of assault. Right do not move.' It is just 90 seconds after PC Castle opened the car door. Throughout the arrest, the 15-year-old could be heard screaming and shouting 'what have I done wrong?'. At one point he starts crying and appears to be struggling to draw breath. On the day of the arrest, the panel heard that the boy was suspected of assaulting an elderly man while riding an e-scooter before getting embroiled in a fracas with another youth outside McDonalds. PC Castle, who has twice won a national bravery award including one for saving an elderly woman from drowning in a swollen river in 2023, spotted the suspect walking up Richmond Hill in Bournemouth before the stop. His colleague attempted to step in to calm the situation several times but was all but ignored by PC Castle, video footage shows. Giving evidence, PC Castle said he became 'overwhelmed and scared' when the boy resisted as his mind flashed back to his arrest of a county lines drug dealer 18 months earlier which led him fearing for his life. As the officer struggled with the dealer, his associate who was stood behind was being told to 'cut him' - before an off-duty officer intervened to defend him. PC Castle admitted he had overstepped the mark with his language and aggression and broke down in tears as he said: 'I'm embarrassed by the video and I apologise for my actions. 'Anyone who knows me in public or private life knows that is not how I behave. When he started screaming and resisting I panicked and became overwhelmed. 'I did not choke the suspect and I did not get him in a headlock. I was trying to keep his head still with the palm of my hand so he did not hit his head. 'I did not put my full weight on him as my knees were on the concrete. I only applied enough weight to keep his body still. 'During the arrest I saw the knife fall out of his waistband so he was arrested for a knife offence. I think the arrest needed to be made but I lost control of the situation.' Mark Ley Morgan, representing Dorset Police at the hearing, said the knife was not relevant as PC Castle did not know the boy had it when making the arrest. Mr Morgan said: 'PC Castle breached standards of professional behaviour by failing to act with self control and failing to treat him with courtesy or respect. 'He abused his power and authority and his behaviour undermined confidence in the police. 'It was totally unnecessary and disproportionate, and it is so serious that dismissal would be justified.' 'PC Castle has let the police service and his colleagues down and he does not represent the many hard-working officers and staff of Dorset Police. 'The outcome reflects the seriousness of this matter and ensures that he will no longer hold a role in policing and the privilege of constable. 'I am grateful to the officers for having the courage to do the right thing and report their concerns about PC Castle's actions.' After the hearing, Dorset Police Deputy Chief Constable Rachel Farrell acknowledged that officers did a 'tough job' but said PC Castle let the force down by his actions. She said: 'I have never been in any doubt that PC Castle's actions were excessive, aggressive and inappropriate and I can understand the communities we serve will be concerned about this case. But the judgment proved divisive with many reacting online and speaking out in support of the officer. Norman Brennan, a retired police officer and founder of the campaign group Protect the Protectors, accused Dorset Police of throwing PC Castle ‘under a bus’. He said: 'Senior officers at Dorset Police have taken leave of their senses.. This decision epitomises how they have lost touch with the danger and reality of frontline policing. It is bloody madness. 'Police officers when facing volatile or violent situations will at times swear and use some unsavoury words. 'All arrests involve some form of force and pushing someone even in the face during a struggle is not always intentional and even if it is its part and parcel in many arrests when restraining a suspect. No arrest is without some sort of force. 'I'm sick and tired of officers being disciplined for things like this and I think the majority of the public would think this is absolutely bonkers. 'Many senior officers kowtow to the constant criticism of the police in a sort of appeasement and often throw officers under the bus or to the wolves as sacrificial lambs. Cases like this are more likely to deter people from joining the police.'

Hands down one of the worst officers ever. Hunesville PD pull over elderly woman with her wheelchair bound husband and leaves them on the side of the road at 2am to figured out how to get home. Meet Hinesville Police Officer Todd Parmentier. He pulled over 71-year-old Army veteran Debra Mobley-Sadler Sims and her 75-year-old husband, Bobby Sims, who is an amputee. The officer initiated the stop based on a flag from the Georgia Crime Information Center indicating their vehicle was uninsured. The officer informed the couple that the car is getting towed because they do not have insurance. Debra corrected him by offering to show the valid insurance on her phone through USAA. Parmentier refused to acknowledge the valid insurance and doubled down on what the system told him refusing to believe the possibility of an error. Worse yet he informed them that the tow truck was already in route meaning he called for the tow before he even approached the vehicle to engage with the couple. Even after recognizing there was a system error due to there being two registered owners on the vehicle, the officer chose to double down—issuing a citation and towing their vehicle. The most disgusting part is the husband is wheelchair bound as he only has one leg, the officer is well aware of this. However, he continues to leave the couple on the side of the road at 2am trying to figure out how to get home. The Hinesville Police Department reviewed the bodycam after receiving complaints about how the officer handled the situation. While leadership—including Assistant Chief Terranova Smith and Capt. Franklin Gallob—claimed the officer followed 'procedural policy' regarding the citation, they finally admitted the department 'fell short' in their duty of care. They acknowledged that 'insufficient consideration was given to the occupants' age, medical conditions, and the late-night circumstances'. The HPD ultimately apologized, dismissed the citation, and reimbursed the towing fees. As of late May 2026, Officer Parmentier was placed on modified duty while an internal investigation continues. The department has since implemented new policy guidance to ensure officers secure safe transport for motorists in these situations, but for this couple, the damage was already done. To me this is an example of an officer that has no business wearing a badge He was more worried about pushing forward with his citation than actually using critical thinking abilities and some discretion with regards to the situation in front of him.

Ohio Traffic Stop Erupts Into Shootout, High-Speed Chase and Deadly Manhunt HARRISON COUNTY, Ohio — On March 30, 2026, a traffic stop in Harrison County escalated into a series of shootings, a high-speed pursuit, and an hours-long manhunt that ended with the death of 53-year-old Michael Wade Decker of Steubenville. According to the Harrison County Sheriff's Office and the Ohio Bureau of Criminal Investigation (BCI), a deputy stopped a Dodge Journey on U.S. Route 250 near Eslick Road in Franklin Township at approximately 11:31 a.m. for following another vehicle too closely. The driver, Nikki Reynard, consented to a search of the SUV. Investigators said Decker, who was seated in the rear passenger seat, provided false identification and became suspicious. When the deputy asked him to exit the vehicle, a struggle ensued. Authorities said Decker pulled a handgun, pointed it at the deputy, and fired. The deputy deflected the weapon and fell down an embankment while attempting to escape, sustaining shoulder injuries. He was transported to Wheeling Hospital. Investigators said Decker stole Reynard's SUV and fled eastbound. Deputies and Ohio State Highway Patrol troopers pursued the vehicle at speeds approaching 100 mph. Spike strips deployed on U.S. Route 22 near Hopedale disabled the SUV. Authorities said Decker exited the vehicle armed, fired multiple rounds that struck an Ohio State Highway Patrol cruiser, exchanged gunfire with a trooper, and fled into nearby woods. A multi-agency search involving local police, the Ohio State Highway Patrol, tactical teams, aviation units, and federal partners followed. Decker entered a residence, stole clothing, and changed his appearance. At approximately 7:37 p.m., a patrol helicopter located him near Mine Road and Sinfield Road. Officials said repeated commands to surrender were ignored. As officers attempted to arrest him using a police canine and less-lethal options, Decker brandished a firearm toward officers and the canine handler. An officer fired, striking Decker. Officers rendered aid, but he was pronounced dead at the scene. The most terrifying part of this Florida road rage story isn't just the SUV chasing a child - it’s what the police initially told the parents. 14-year-old Gaige Ellis was riding his e-bike on the Pine Lakes Path, a multi-use pedestrian and bicycle trai running alongside Pine Lakes Parkway. Julia Kalthof (65) became enraged because she felt the teen was riding too fast. She drove her SUV entirely off the roadway and onto the restricted pedestrian path to pursue him, coming within 6 to 10 feet of his bike. Gaige recorded parts of the chase on his phone, audibly stating that she was trying to run him over. A male driver on the main road noticed Gaige trying to desperately flag down passing cars for help. Recognizing the severe danger, the driver used his own vehicle to cut off and block Kalthof's SUV at the intersection of Pine Lakes Parkway and Woodhaven Drive, allowing Gaige to escape. The witness's girlfriend, driving a separate car behind him, filmed the reckless behavior. The witness called 911, and responding deputies tracked down Kalthof based on the vehicle info. but did not arrest or cite her because Gaige had already fled out of fear and was not on-scene to give a statement. Gaige's parents, Adam and Christina Ellis, learned about the traumatic encounter and contacted the Flagler County Sheriff's Office (FCSO) Shockingly, a deputy initially told the parents that nothing could be done criminally, dismissing it as a mere traffic violation. The deputy claimed that because Kalthof stated she only wanted to follow him home to talk tc his parents, there was "no proof of intent to commit a crime," even telling the parents, "If she wanted to hit him and run him over, she would have." After Adam Ellis fiercely protested the handling of the case to a precinct supervisor, upper management reviewed the evidence, including the witness videos. An FCSO supervisor formally apologized to the Ellis family. Armed with the witness's matching testimony and Gaige's explicit statement that he feared for his life deputies found probable cause. Kalthof was arrested and booked into the Sheriff Perry Hall Inmate Detention Facility. Julia Kalthof was booked on a third-degree felony and a misdemeanor. She was released the day after her arrest after posting a $3,000 bond, and a protective no-contact order was officially issued to protect Gaige and the witnesses. Her current specific charges stand as: -Aggravated As$ault with a Deadly Weapon (without intent to k1ll) -Reckless Driving -Traffic Citation (for illegally operating a motor vehicle on a designated sidewalk/multi-use path)

EXCLUSIVE: Former Chatham-Kent Deputy Police Chief Passes Away in Hospital After 7 Days of Medical Horror. The Canadian Independent traveled to Chatham, Ontario, to interview Clare's wife, Evelien Wiersma, and share the story of 67-year-old Clare Wiersma. Clare served his community first as a police officer, eventually rising to the position of deputy chief of police for Chatham-Kent. Upon retirement, he remained actively engaged within his community, working with his son building homes. Described by his wife as healthy and fit, Clare had very minor arthritis and was not on any medication. The events unfolding from the time Clare was taken by ambulance to the hospital, where he remained for seven days before passing away, can only be described as shocking. On December 23, 2021, Clare's daughter called for an ambulance after her father collapsed at home. He exhibited symptoms of a fever, dry cough, and mild confusion. According to Clare's wife, he had tested positive for Covid-19 days prior and was unvaccinated. When ambulance personnel arrived at the home and inquired about vaccination status for Clare and his family, Evelien responded and said they were unvaccinated, one paramedic allegedly rolled their eyes and muttered something under their breath. Upon arrival at the hospital, Clare's 722-page medical records indicated a fever, low blood pressure, dry cough, and slight confusion. Clare was later admitted to the hospital and, two days later, transferred to the ICU solely due to a slight increase in his oxygen requirements, as per his medical records. On December 25th, while in the ICU, Clare had a conversation with his wife and kids over FaceTime. His wife, Evelien, reported that everything seemed fine during the conversation. Clare was alert, and they chatted and prayed together. However, Clare mentioned that hospital staff were not providing him with information or a prognosis. Evelien claimed that doctors and nurses never initiated updates about Clare, and she always had to inquire with the hospital for information, and even then that was a struggle. On the same day, according to Clare's medical records, he received a single dose of Tocilizumab, a drug used to treat critically ill Covid-19 patients, despite Clare not showing signs of critical illness. The drug has severe side effects, including causing serious or fatal infections, liver problems, dry cough, fever, and shortness of breath. Health Canada has issued a warning about the drug, stating it can cause serious drug-induced liver injury requiring a transplant. According to ACTEMRA’s own website, it says the drug “changes the way your immune system works. This can make you more likely to get infections or make any current infection worse.” The evening of December 25th and the following day, December 26th, marked a downturn in Clare's condition. He transitioned from being alert to being intubated and ventilated, receiving numerous different drugs until his passing on December 30, 2021, at 11:30 am, all evident in his medical records. Evelien states that there was no consent given for her husband to be intubated or ventilated, and there is no mention of consent in Clare's medical records either. Evelien says she received a phone call from the hospital on December 30th and was advised that her husband wasn't doing well, urging her to hurry to the hospital. Upon arrival, when Evelien entered Clare's room and saw him hooked up to all the machines, she fainted. Evelien was then taken to the emergency department. A little while later, Clare would pass away without his wife and children by his side. A detailed examination of Clare's medical records revealed a “medication administration record” consisting of 131 pages, with hundreds of instances of various medications, including fentanyl, numerous other highly controlled and addictive medications, anti-blood clotting drugs, heart-related drugs, sedatives, paralyzing drugs, and various other drugs that had been administered or injected into Clare mainly from December 25th to December 30th, the day he passed away. Evelien Wiersma asserted that multiple doctors reviewed Clare's 722-page medical records after his death and concluded that he would be alive today if treated for sepsis and administered the necessary antibiotics. Bacterial and viral infections, like pneumonia, can lead to sepsis. Clare did show signs of having sepsis, such as fever, confusion or disorientation, and shortness of breath upon arrival at the hospital. Additionally, Clare exhibited low blood pressure, which can also signal the beginning stages of septic shock. It certainly would not have hurt for Clare to be given antibiotics, and it is very possible he would be here with us today had the doctors opted to, at the very least, try antibiotics. Instead, they waited three hours before he died to give him two antibiotics. Evelien felt it necessary to share Clare's story in the hope that others will speak up and speak out. She reveals having two other friends who have lost loved ones under similar circumstances, emphasizing that she is not alone in experiencing what happened to her beloved husband. Clare leaves behind his wife, Evelien Wiersma, of 45 years, along with their four children, 26 grandchildren, and 2 great-grandchildren. Joining the Chatham Kent police in May 1980, he worked his way up to deputy chief before retiring in April 2012. In the last 10 years of his retirement before his passing, Clare was well-known in the community for assisting the vulnerable. Not ready to fully retire, he co-founded a construction company with his son, building homes together. An active individual, Clare enjoyed kayaking, boating, hiking, fishing, hunting, and waterskiing.

The tragic chain of events was set into motion in the afternoon of November 7th, when Talisa Coombs, baby Destiny’s grandmother, called the police to report a domestic dispute at the Oval Spring Apartments in Independence. According to Talisa, she had been assaulted by Maria during a heated altercation. She wanted Maria arrested for assault—but what unfolded far exceeded anything she could have imagined. Talisa described what happened in the moments leading up to the raid. “They asked me what happened? I said I was assaulted by my son’s girlfriend. And they asked if there was any weapons upstairs in the apartment. I said, no, but there’s a baby up there, my granddaughter.” Their target? A 100-pound petite woman (Maria Pike) holding her infant daughter while in the throes of a domestic altercation. Moments later, officers darted upstairs, the scene immediately escalating in unfathomable fashion, and Talisa would soon learn that her warnings were completely ignored by the police. Footage shows officers storming the building with pistols drawn and at least one cop sprinting up the stairs wielding a military-grade assault rifle. Maria’s boyfriend and Destiny’s father, Mitchell Holder, in his first interview since the killings. His voice trembled as he recounted the events that unfolded that day. “Yes, I was in the room when it all happened,” he began. “From what I could see, I never once saw Maria armed with anything. I honestly don’t even know where that came from... I never saw her holding anything—and I was right there in the room.” Holder described how he tried to reason with police through the door before the violence erupted. “Before they came in, I asked if we could talk through the door. I didn’t want my baby to be around the cops with their weapons out like that...But ultimately, they entered." What followed was a nightmare. “They shot my baby,” Holder said, his voice shaking. “It looked like her head exploded. Her blood splattered across my glasses and all over me. All I could do was scream. I just kept saying three words—the same three words—‘YOU KILLED HER!’ I was screaming it. Over and over.” The horror didn’t end there. Holder described how Maria, Destiny’s mother, reacted in the moments after her baby was shot. “Immediately Maria jumped up. And as soon as she did, I don’t know if the cop got scared or something, but then he fired another shot that hit Maria. I think it hit her in the hip. And the cop didn’t stop her bleeding the right way, he didn’t know what he was doing. I believe she choked on her blood and bled out. That’s my understanding of how she died.” In the immediate aftermath, Independence Police Chief Adam Dustman convened a hasty press conference that can only be described as a state-sanctioned disinformation campaign. COVERUP Standing before the cameras, Dustman LIED without question that Maria Pike was “armed”—a claim directly contradicted by eyewitnesses and unsubstantiated by any evidence thus far. He claimed his officers did “exactly what they are trained to do.” The family has vowed to keep fighting for justice. “We can’t keep having these cops kill our loved ones and our community members” Mitchell’s sister Felisha Holder told The Defender in an interview. This is a developing story. Read the full story here 🔗:
