@kent73231 According to the book “1491”, 90 to 95% of Indigenous Peoples in the New World died in the centuries after Columbus’s arrival. It wasn’t until the 20th century that their populations rebounded to pre-Columbian levels. I celebrate Indigenous Peoples Day.
