Knowing No. 11 Narendra Hirwani wouldn't survive long, Kapil Paji took matters into his own hands. He smashed 4 consecutive sixes, saved the follow-on, and on the very next over Hirwani got out. #OnThisDay in 1990, Graham Gooch became the first & only man to score a triple hundred at Lord's - 333 v India. He also became the first player to score a triple hundred and hundred in same test when he smashed 123 in the second innings of the Lord's Test. Bishan Bedi, then the team manager, abandoned his own captain's decision to bowl first in the press conference.
