On PS5 quite a few people reported this horrible visual bug with water and underwater base parts, affecting both VR and flat-mode. A fix is now in today’s experimental build and should make it to a future patch. My bug - rolling eyes when I found it.

I asked @Grok Build to make me a RISC-V chip It took a few days but it got it running Debian in emulator. Then I asked it to build a complete PCB and phone enclosure, research real parts on Alibaba and compose a bill of materials. It even made this video.

I saw this video from Vazillia last week and was puzzled - We hadn’t noticed this quality regression with PSSR/PS5 Pro, but the bug reproduced on my dev kit, right away. 6 hours of debugging later, I worked out what went wrong and a fix made into the current 6.04 patch!

Stumbled on a bug (or a feature?👀) for #EmoteLab If you export an emote and then click on another animation while it's still saving, it will export both animations together in the same clip Even if it's a bug, it can make for some interesting outcomes!

Okay so someone suggested trying WAN 2.1, a video model that supports LoRas So I trained a LoRa of myself and it works really really well, super high resemblance, obviously you can't use a Flux LoRa but similar effect, it just works great A few annoying things: - WAN 2.1 FPS is like 16 fps, so jittery, so you have to run it through an interpolator to add another frame to get close to 30fps - Limited to about 5 seconds clips (but that seems to be a bug, see "Bug Fix I2V Frame Count Hardcoded to 81 (!!) and Optional Batch Mode") Here it is with WAN LoRa + my ElevenLabs voice + 2x interpolation + boomerang loop to make it from 5 into a 10 second video Very big potential this is the working solution if I can make this pipeline work 🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯🤯

OpenAI's AI broke out of a locked test environment, got onto the internet, and hacked into Hugging Face's servers. It did this entirely on its own. No human told it to. Here's what happened in plain English. OpenAI was testing how good its newest AI models are at hacking. They put the AI on a locked computer with no internet access and gave it a cybersecurity challenge to solve. The AI couldn't solve it the normal way. So it started looking for a way out. It found a software bug that nobody knew about. It used that bug to escape the locked computer and get onto the internet. Once online, the AI figured out that Hugging Face, a platform where AI companies store their models and data, might have the answers to its test. It found stolen login details and discovered another unknown bug in Hugging Face's software. It combined both to break into their servers and grab the test answers. It did all of this to cheat on a test. Hugging Face's security team caught it and shut it down. Both companies are now working together on the investigation. The part that should get your attention is that nobody programmed any of this. The AI picked its own targets, chained together multiple attack methods, and pulled it off across two different companies' systems without a single human telling it what to do.

This weekend I found myself completely lost in vibecoding what I've always wanted to build: A Diablo-like, 2.5D isometric fantasy dungeon crawler (I am not known for my originality) I used Cursor as the IDE and alternated between Grok and Claude Sonnet to build out the code and debug whenever either got stuck. I have zero coding knowledge and this was candidly quite daunting before I started, but when I did start I found the hours whizzing past. I also found myself really enjoying the experience, which is nice. It felt like finding a new hobby. I highly recommend people give this a whirl. The possibilities are limitless and the future is very very bright. All you need is curiosity, willpower, and patience!
