@garyrichmond3 @coachSamGreiner I am 100% in agreement in too many coaches, especially head coaches, are vastly underpaid. But for the sake of dialogue, the consideration of a "pay for performance" coaching stipend system has a slippery slope of unintended consequences.

@garyrichmond3 @coachSamGreiner Show up at their meetings. You will need to request to speak at the meetings. Our kids deserve to have the best coaches because it matters. This is not the way to attract the best. They will get offers from other districts and universities.
