I like this Judge, he's one of those no nonsense guys. 🤣😂 It seems lawyers for Sergeant Nkosi and Brown Mogotsi, either Black or White, young and old are going to have a tough time representing these guys. The lawyer is arguing for Presumption of Innocence as a Human right contained in the Constitution and various legal statutes. Judge: Did the Magistrate in the lower court take that right away from your client? Lawyer: My Lord, only once was the presumption of Innocence mentioned.. Judge: You are not answering my question, did the Magistrate take right away? Lawyer: My Lord, presumption of Innocence....😩 The Judge asked him the sane question 5 times, to get to the point so that he can decide if the Magistrate misdirected herself and requires him to intervene!! 🤦🏽‍♀️😭 Haai no it's tough. 😂 #FannieNkosi #MadlangaCommission

A federal judge asked Universal's lawyer: If Salt-N-Pepa never granted these copyrights, how does your client own them? His eventual response: “I take your point on the 2 pre-existing albums.” That is NOT a ruling. The same judge later pushed Salt-N-Pepa's lawyer hard on work-for-hire. So I pulled the registrations, termination notices and court documents. Then I found the Beastie Boys.

Watkins III in this Putnam County Family Court hearing where you can see him having a complete meltdown. The focus of his fury was aimed at Rev. Arthur Hagel as the judge is heard screaming "SHUT Up" and blames the Reverend for his house being picture in the news for that day. The judge next carries on about how his disabled wife was home alone, Watkins hit the Reverend with a chilling threat, telling him: "I will personally see to it that you never see a free day in your life." Justice eventually caught up with the "shouting judge." After the West Virginia Supreme Court of Appeals reviewed 24 separate violations of judicial conduct—citing his pattern of using intimidation and profanity instead of the law—Watkins was suspended without pay and ultimately removed from the bench. The problem? She previously signed a document stating he pays her $500 a month in rent. The judge wasn't having it, accusing her of lying to the court and threatening her with contempt. Since they "proved" he could afford $500 for rent, the judge ordered him to pay $500 a month to his victims—double what the state even asked for. The judge ended by saying he will be in jail if he does not pay.

After raising over a half a million dollars, the parents of Karmelo Anthony declared indigency, basically saying they cannot afford a lawyer, on court forms, so that the courts can give their son a public defender, or court appointed lawyer on the taxpayers dime. Never mind the fact the mother strictly asked for legal fees on the GiveSendGo platform. The owner of GSG refuses to take this page down. My educated guess is, it’s because he sees money is more important than morale. The judge best step in and squash this one, like immediately.
