Someone like you, who calms down and is unlike other politicians who portray themselves as saints, cannot point out a single good thing this government has done. Your judgment is based on lies that are completely false. The economy is on the brink of collapse, yet someone is working to restore it to the status quo. You rate it poorly because you are judging it solely through the lens of the exchange rate. Let’s consider South Korea 🇰🇷. Although their exchange rate is weak, their economy is strong and driving that situation. You should view Nigeria 🇳🇬 in the same way. If you believe that life is better when 1 USD equals 400 Naira, and now it is 1300 Naira, it shows you know nothing about the economics of the country you want to govern. This clearly indicates that you are like the other politicians who only speak to serve their own interests.

Every time Sowore speaks, I find that he deliberately breaks down his words so that different people can understand what he’s trying to convey. In the most sincere sense, Sowore speaks for the masses, who always misinterpret his exposures of corruption and misrule. But history shows that in every generation, the one who speaks and stands for the people are often the ones rejected by the same people they defend and advocate for. While Sowore may not be winning elections, he probably wants you to open your eyes and your minds to see that the governments in our country have not been playing the role of governance. Rather they have been playing the game of political manipulation. He is telling you that you need to be governed, not manipulated. Unfortunately you have refused to be governed yourselves because every four years, you come out and support the same people to manipulate you again and again, Even if you don’t support Sowore’s bid to become president, you can agree with him that manipulation is not governance. It is just a negative aspect of governance. The positive aspect is good governance. Good governance comes from having good leadership. Sowore is advocating for good leadership. Just like Fela Anikulapo Kuti, and my humble self, we all need leaders who have good intentions for the country and its citizens. Sowore has fought for this almost his entire adult life. It pains me to see people attacking his selfless contribution to our extraordinarily corrupt state. But I can understand the dynamics of power, especially diabolical power.
