On the most basic level, this is how to clean historic headstones. I started this one last Saturday, and while I didn’t have time to clean it all in one day, I did get to peak at it today to see how much progress the D2 made. I’ll go... show more

Started to learn more of the acrobatics. It will be interesting to see how I progress. Using this to look back and see how much I have improved

Elena Rybakina says it was painful for her to even walk after her injury in Cincinnati, but she’s happy with the healing progress, ‘Being here today in this situation is really an amazing improvement’ “I didn’t play for an exact week. We consulted with different doctors. I’ve been doing the recovery. I slowly started to go on the court. A lot of gym. It wasn’t easy because we didn’t know exactly how the foot is going to react. It was very painful for me to go and serve in that match in Cincinnati… Because I wanted to try once more. For a couple days it was painful to even walk. We managed to do everything possible for it to get better. I’m glad how the process is going for now.” “I don’t have any questions. I’m quite confident with the decision we’re making each day. How to practice, what to do. What can happen worst case scenario. All these things I feel quite confident. It’s just to also start feeling better on the court, moving wise.. Since I didn’t play for the whole week. I feel like just a few more days and I should be very fine.” “I didn’t know how it’s gonna be going to be honest. In the moment it happened it was very painful. As I said I couldn’t even walk the next few days without pain. I was upset. No one knew how it’s gonna go. We were just waiting day by day. Being here today in this situation is really an amazing improvement. No one expected. We’ll see what’s gonna happen in the next few days. For now it’s been well. I always want to go on court when I’m 100% sure. It’s the last Slam of the year. I think everyone would want to try… to try and compete.” (via US Open Press)

I posted this last night and deleted because I felt too bad and didn’t want to be mocked. But I’ve decided to post it again…..to serve as a reminder of my growth, when I finally get to the level I want to be. I know I’ll look back at today and smile… cause it would all be worth it in the end.

Feel like I need to address the last few days, I don’t know how else to do it but to say, how overwhelming the response has been! I wasn’t expecting it at all, I love you all, and I am so grateful to be a part of this #Mariners family. Now let’s go win this series… #TridentsUp 🇦🇺

🐿: you just have to treat him like a cat. he knows how to eat and live on his own. if you give him too much attention, he gets uncomfortable 🐿: because this one time, for a few days in a row, i kept asking, “what did you do today?” every day and (for example) if it was working out—on the first day, “yeah, i worked out. did legs today” the second day, “workout” and the third day, “go” 🐿: you really shouldn’t give him too much attention, just the right amount. you have to balance it. that’s how you get him to open up 🐿: he’s a cat, after all

“I was an organizer. An agitator. I know how this works. When the buses start coming in, it’s paid. When the signs are already made, it was decided in a meeting room. The money has to get cleared first. That’s how it’s done. I did this professionally. I knew how to pressure companies. I knew how to bring attention to my union—and how to bring attention to the people I was targeting. I was good at it. I won awards for it. My picture was on a wall in Midtown Manhattan. When I ran rallies, cops knew me. They knew I didn’t start trouble—and I never did. That didn’t make me weak. It made me smart. Risk versus reward. A police officer was never a reward worth the risk. I was taught by one of the best organizers in New York City. What I’m seeing now out on the streets? Paid protesting. Same playbook. They’re just doing one thing I never did. Attacking police isn’t smart. This isn’t theory. This is how it’s done— from someone who did it.”

I asked Doc Rivers how much longer he envisions coaching as he prepares to enter the Hall of Fame. He replied, “I won’t answer that, but I have grandkids that I want to see. I’ll put it that way. I’ll let you figure it out from there. I have seven grandkids now and they’re all eight years and under, and it kills me every time I miss grandparents day with each one of them in school. It’s probably time to go see them more, so I’ll let you figure out the rest.”

I wouldn’t believe it if I didn’t see it. Crews have actually managed to clean the first few stories of the infamous graffiti towers in downtown Los Angeles. How long will it actually stay that way?

Peter Obi is that one politician who knows how to clean up a mess. He will clean up the combined mess left behind by Jonathan, Buhari, and Tinubu. He did it in Anambra, and I believe he can do it for Nigeria. Listen to this.

This kind of video will never get old to me. It is fun to watch and see how things hold up against each other. I will say this, I was surprised at how well the pencil actually held up against the billiards ball. I wasn't expecting ther to be a hole in the ball. The second one was pretty interesting to. I figured the rock would have had more damage than it did.

All of the election fraud evidence I have obtained will be posted here within this thread. It will take some time to get to all of it, but I will eventually. The first one is this, a video of the switching of votes, how it works... and an example of it occuring in PA in 2020.

One year ago, President Trump called the National Guard to Portland. When he did, I told him directly: Portland is not a war zone. I love this city, and I see how many people are showing up for it. We have more work ahead, and I’ll keep working to build on that progress.

Collin Morikawa says his performance this week at the Masters while recovering from injury is one of the best tournaments he’s ever played: “Yeah, this blew by any expectations I had for the week. Honestly, for me it was just survive each day, wake up, do the prep I needed to do, and go and tee off on one. I didn't know how uncomfortable it was going to be, but we managed to get through all 18 and all 72… “I mean, trust me, it's going to be one of the best tournaments forever. I'm going to remember this one for many reasons, but just more how strong the mind is, to be able to go out and convince yourself that everything is going to be okay.” Collin made 5 birdies in a row on the second nine today to shoot a 4 under par 68 and finish inside the top 10. This one was one of the most difficult rescue missions l've ever been on, I was shocked to see how these frenchies were "living" and I made it my goal to get them out of there. They have all been adopted and we kept two 💛

Be in my gym with the few who really know me, felt like the right way to look back on everything I accomplished and share one last moment together to celebrate my career. This is HOME. A chance to go back to where it all started, and simply say THANK YOU.
