On this day, in 2004, we lost Christopher Reeve. Forever my Superman.

Superman in my book

He was such an amazing man. He’s my Superman!

For a lot of people he will always be THE Superman.

Well.... I've said it before and I'll say it again.... Christopher Reeve is Superman. The others are just actors playing Superman.

My parents took me to a drive in theater to see this and I was a Superman fan ever since!

Still the definitive Superman in my eyes.

Still miss him

We lost Superman the day he fell off his horse, we lost Clark Kent and Christopher Reeve in 2004😩😩😩

Best Superman.

Forever my Superman 💔

My childhood superman then dean Cain in Lois&Clark: The New Adventures of Superman then smallville ,I love Christopher reeves appearance in smallville. I don't remember if he turned up in dean Cain's one. I've Christophers dvd box set of superman. Love the nostalgia. Thank you!

Brandon Routh comes in as a close second. His portrayal was pretty close to that of Chrisopher Reeve in Superman Returns.

Same here to Christopher Reeve will always be my superman

May his memory be a blessing always bin our hearts never to be forgotten RIP🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼🙏🏼❤️❤️

@TheValPerrine

The best one. ✨

2004 feels so long ago, his Superman still stays with many

Still the best

Rest in Peace to Christopher Reeve, Margot Kidder, Gene Hackman, Terrence Stamp and Marlon Brando.

Forever THE Superman.

Forever mine too.

😢

🙏🙏🙏😓😓😓

RIP

Me too!

God bless him! I will never forget the day I first watched this amazing movie when I was only 7 years old !! He will be forever our superman, not only on screen, but especially in his actual life, where, he was even more inspiring !!! He represents the best of TRUE AMERICAN VALUES!

Christopher Reeve’s legacy will live on in our hearts.

The one and only TRUE SUPERMAN.
