As he pulls away (after seemingly being rammed in the side by an ICE vehicle), you can see ICE agents to the side of his vehicle (not in front) on the passenger side. It seems like they know he's going to have to stop after he passes because they chase on foot, even though he's in the clear at that point.

Flew home out of Asheville today. Wanted to visit an area impacted from Helene. I know there are many spots still recovering that were severely damaged. This is from Biltmore. Most the city looked wonderful and back in business. This video represents a small area. But for me it was shocking. To see the unbelievable power of water. How high the water came up. And damages today like they just happened yesterday. In the video I said unbelievable a lot. That was my honest reaction.
