An open letter to Karen Read. Karen, we understand that you sit in the aftermath of your trauma. Nobody should have to live through what you have survived. It’s unfathomable, truly. It is well understood that, as the crumbled ruins of traumatic events still smoulder, vultures and opportunists will gather around to feed on one’s vulnerability. I believe you are a good, kind, decent person. We feel your light and authenticity; your true self, your legitimacy cannot be faked. However, that goodness you exude is irresistible to the leeches, the energy vampires…the clout chasers and the grifters. The darkness needs your vibrancy, and right now, there are deep long shadows cast over you, taking advantage and using you, your vulnerability, as a stepping stone to their own impure ends. They are not your friends. They just aren’t. My wish for you is that you step away from ALL of the content creators; they simply do not have YOUR best interests in mind. I pray that you find the strength and the courage to walk away from all of this toxicity. I believe in you. WE believe in you. You are free from the clutches of the corrupt Massachusetts “justice system”, now free yourself from the whole thing, from the people who have used you, and walk into your future, truly and utterly free.
