14 year old arrested for assaulting a teacher in school catches resisting charges for swinging on the police. Anderson township Ohio sheriff were Called out to the school as a teacher reported they were assaulted by one of the female students. Deputy arrived on the scene and was shown security footage of the event and spoke with the teacher that was involved. The teacher stated that they did wish to pursue charges being filed on the 14 year old. The deputy had the staff call the student out of the classroom so they would not cause a disruption in class. Once the deputy caught up with the student she immediately began to resist to the point where she tried to swing on the deputy. With the help of the principal the deputy was able to take the student into custody with no harm to anyone. The student was charged with assault and resisting arrest. You can bet that this behavior is not something this child learned naturally. You can bet this is a direct result of the upbringing of the kid and I'm betting that when she did get home instead of this being a learning moment, she was probably giving the impression that this was not her fault.
