The fact that that little gnome of a woman feels she is in the right profession is a mental disorder on her part. She should have been laughed out of the room when she applied.

So many things were wrong in this video. The number one rule for law enforcement is to make sure your ass goes home at the end of the shift, preferably with the same number of holes as when you started. This lady cop put herself in great jeopardy by injecting herself into a brawl with people who have no respect for anything (except their cars, usually) without backup. Female cops should only exist for searching female detainees and paperwork. And maybe making coffee.

I worked corrections a few different times in my life, once before women co's were in men prison and after, I HATED working with women Co's, they almost always caused problems needlessly and were worthless in altercations.
