After posting my 120 kg lat pulldown, I saw just how terrified some men get when a woman is strong. Suddenly everyone’s a form expert: “no reps,” “ego lifting,” “all shoulders.” Here’s the thing ; without “ego lifting,” I’d never be squatting 140 kg for five reps or deadlifting 190 kg. Strength doesn’t come from playing it safe. And living in that range. These comments only prove one thing: too many men measure the world by the size of their xxxxx, not the power of their mind. Strength always exposes weakness….

👤 I’m curious about how you see the world. your weverse posts show such a beautiful soul. and i want to live like that too. 🐶 In the end, I think the world I see is one where nothing really lasts. As time passes, even my own notes keep changing. When I die, the money I earned becomes meaningless. There might be people who remember my name, but that won’t last forever either. So what I believe is that what truly remains in this world..what stays in the universe, is the energy I give to it. Once that energy is released into the world, it’s just out there, like dust, existing somewhere in the universe forever. Because I think energy matters deeply. Your energy can be destructive, or it can be good. So just be good energy. Give good things to the world. Because that’s the only thing that lasts. And your life is part of that energy. That’s the only thing that is forever.
