And this is my experience with people that I know from my home country and other immigrants who I met over here. In a casual conversation, my friends will start talking about how great their country is and how bad United States is, And they will continue to bash United States to me. I think they just expect me to go along with it and be on their side. But this never resonated with me because why would you travel thousands of miles, skip all the other countries along the way, get to USA just so you could talk about how bad this country is. And I'm not saying this country is perfect. Absolutely not. But it's pretty damn good. So I'm sorry. Don't come up to me and talk about how bad United States is and how great it is back home because you know exactly what I'm gonna tell you. Nobody is forcing you to live in United States, and there's no better place in the world than this one.”

This video is in response to the reactions I've copped from the post about NYE in Melbourne I put up on Facebook, I haven't copped as much over here. Apparently a few of you missed the point I was trying to make, if you still don't get where I'm coming from after watching this then whatever, I can't help you. Hopefully you'll get it one day. It is not wrong to stand up for your country and its people, the sooner people realise that, the better.
