Virginia Tech’s Neo Avdalas had another 30-point game last night in the win over Western Carolina: 30 PTS 3 REBS 2 ASTS 2 BLKS 1 STL 10-17 FG 4-8 3PT 6-8 FT Avdalas broke out earlier this year with 33 points in Virginia Tech’s win over Providence, but aside from that game, he hadn’t scored more than 15 points until last night. At only 19 years old, he plays with great pace, has a solid frame, and is still adjusting to the American game. Excited to see how he develops by season’s end. Very intriguing prospect.

What a mess Tottenham Hotspur are in ❎ No wins in 2026 the only club in the league. ❎ Only 4 points in 2026 ❎ No wins in 10 EPL games the worst run in 22 years. ❎ We’ve conceeded 2 goals for 8 consecutive games for the first time in our history. ❎ 22 years since Fulham did the double over us ❎ Only Burnley (33) have had fewer first-half shots on target in the EPL this season than Tottenham (39), failing to have a single one in two of their last three matches. Tudor first manager since Jol (2004) to lose first 2 games ❎ 37 goals is the least amount after 28 games Since 2013/14 ❎ 38 goals this season is 17 fewer than this stage last year ❎ Average of 1.07 points per game ❎ 26% win percentage this season The players look defeated 🤦🏻‍♂️the fans have supported you and will continue to but we need to see some fight 👊🏼 #COYS 🤍💙

📊 Things I dislike and Like about Mikal Bridges — aka Mr. 5 First-Round Picks (Also a 2028 1st Pick Swap with BK) 🗒️ 5 firsts is the most ever for a non-All-Star and he makes the same $37M as Şengün — a homegrown All-Star. 🗒️ Mikal not the defender he once was. Last year he was last in On-Ball Screen Navigation. Here are his matchup results this season according to most points scored on him: 🍎 Josh Giddey — 21 PTS | 9:18 | 9-12 FG (75.0%) | 3-4 3PT (75.0%) | 0 To 🍎 Norman Powell — 18 PTS | 13:04 | 7-16 FG (43.8%) | 2-5 3PM | 0 To 🍎 Donovan Mitchell — 13 PTS | 5:25 | 5-9 FG (55.6%) | 0-2 3PM | 1 To 🍎 Matas Buzelis — 6 PTS | 6:24 | 2-4 FG (50.0%) | 2-2 3PT | 1 To 🍎 Anthony Edwards — 6 PTS | 4:39 | 2-4 FG (50.0%) | 2-3 3PT | 1 To 🍎 AJ Green — 6 PTS | 4:14 | 2-3 FG (66.7%) | 2-3 3PT | 1 To 📊 Defensive Profile: 🔵 D-FG%: 47.3% (bad for a perimeter defender — wings are expected to hold opponents closer to ~43–45%, anything near 47% means scorers are getting clean looks vs him) 🔵 Defensive Rating: 114.0 🔵 Usage Rate: 16% — 5 FRPs for a low-usage player is organizational malpractice (same usage tier as KCP 16.0%, Wendell Carter Jr 16.0%, rookie Egor Demin 16.4%, Hartenstein 16.5%, even Miles McBride has higher usage at 16.7%) 🧠 Shot Creation Issues: 🔵 3PM Assisted: 96.7% 🗑️ Unassisted 3s: 3.3% 🔵 FGM Assisted: 72.9% 🗑️ Unassisted FGM: 27.1% 🧠 3P% When He Dribbles: 📉 1 Dribble 33.3% 📉 2 Dribbles 0% 📉 3–6 Dribbles 33.3% 📉 7+ Dribbles 0% 📉 Pull-Up 3P% 28.6% 🪫 PPG: 16.2 (not worth 5 1st round picks) for context: 🍁 RJ Barrett 19.1 PPG 🔥 Jaime Jaquez JR. 17.1 PPG 🛎️ Quentin Grimes 16.8 PPG 🍀 Payton Pritchard 16.4 PPG ⚡️ Ajay Mitchell 16.3 PPG 📊 What I Do Like About Mikal: 🥷 2.0 STL 🧱 0.9 BLK 🥇 AST% 19.5% (career high) 🥇 AST/TO 5.36 (career high) 📈 FG% 48.6% 🎯 3P% 41.7% 📈 3P% on 0 Dribbles: 45.5% This isn’t enough production. He gives us almost no shot creation, and while he’s elite on corner 3s, we didn’t trade 5 firsts and a 2028 swap for a spot-up role player. The bare minimum expectation for Mikal Bridges should be All-Star production — not role-player numbers. #NewYorkForever #SNYK #NYKx #NYK #Knicks #NYC #MikalBridges

🚨BENEFITS OF DEDICATED BUS LANES🚨🇷🇼 🚍1. FASTER &RELIABLE TRAVEL •Buses avoid traffic congestion •Travel time becomes shorter and more predictable. •This improves schedule adherence and reduces passenger uncertainty. •Fewer delays, better punctuality. 📊 Example: •Before: Travel time varies between 20–45 minutes due to traffic •After: Travel time becomes 20–25 minutes consistently. 👉 Plan your journey with confidence ⏱️ 2. REDUCED WAITING TIME •Faster circulation allows buses to complete routes quicker. •Operators can provide more frequent service using the same fleet. •Less waiting at stops 📊 Example: •Before: One bus every 20 minutes → average waiting time ≈ 10 minutes •After: Faster trips allow one bus every 10 minutes → average waiting time ≈ 5 minute 👌Waiting time is cut by 50%, without adding more buses—just by improving speed and circulation. 👉 Save time every day. 🌍 3. ENVIRONMENTAL BENEFITS •Encourages people to shift from private cars to public transport. •Reduces traffic congestion, fuel consumption, and emissions. •Supports cleaner urban mobility and climate goals. 📊 Example: •Before: 1,000 people travel using 700 cars (average 1.4 persons/car) •After: 500 people shift to buses → only 350 cars remain. 👌350 fewer cars on the road → significant reduction in fuel use and emissions 👉 Move toward sustainable mobility 💰 4. COST EFFICIENCY •Higher speeds mean buses can serve more trips per day. •Better fleet utilization reduces the need for additional buses. •Lower operational costs per passenger. 📊 Example: •Before: One bus completes 4 trips/day •After: With faster lanes, same bus completes 6 trips/day •To serve 60 trips: Before → 15 buses needed After → 10 buses needed 👌 5 buses saved, reducing fuel, maintenance, and staffing costs 👉 Efficient & financially sustainable 💰 5. INCREASED PASSENGER CAPACITY •One dedicated bus lane can carry far more people than a car lane. •Moves large volumes efficiently, especially during peak hours. •Ideal for high-demand corridors. 📊 Example: •Car lane: 1,000 cars/hour × 1.5 persons ≈ 1,500 people/hour •Bus lane: 60 buses/hour × 50 passengers ≈ 3,000 people/hour 👌 Bus lane carries 2× more people using the same road space 👉 Move people, not just vehicles 🛣️ 6. IMPROVED ROAD SAFETY •Separate buses from traffic •Fewer conflicts & accidents •Safer for pedestrians & cyclists 📊 Example: •Before: 10 conflict points (cars + buses mixing at intersections and lanes) •After: Reduced to 4 conflict points with separated lanes 👉 Accidents drop, for example, from 20/year → 12/year (40% reduction) 🏙️ 7. SUSTAINABLE URBAN GROWTH •Supports compact city development:People live closer to transit •Reduces car dependency: More people choose buses •Better land use. 📊 Example: •Before: 70% of people rely on cars •After: Public transport share increases to 50% 👌 Less need for parking and wide roads → land can be used for housing, shops, and public spaces 👉 🏙️ Build smarter cities 📈 8. ECONOMIC PRODUCTIVITY •Less time in traffic •More time for work & life •Better access to jobs & services 📊 Example: •Before: 10,000 commuters lose 30 minutes/day in traffic Total lost time = 5,000 hours/day •After: Time lost reduced to 15 minutes/day Total lost time = 2,500 hours/day 👌 2,500 hours saved daily → more time for work and economic activity 👉 📈 Boost city efficiency ⚖️ 9. SOCIAL EQUITY •Provides faster, affordable mobility for all income groups. •Especially benefits those who rely on public transport daily. •Promotes inclusive urban development. 📊 Example: •Before: Low-income workers spend 90 minutes commuting •After: Travel time reduced to 60 minutes 👌 30 minutes saved daily, improving access to jobs and quality of life 👌 Affordable bus fares benefit 100% of users, not just car owners 👉 ⚖️ A system that works for everyone. 👏 Dedicated bus lanes: A simple solution with powerful impact.

🚨VIEWER DISCRETION🚨 sucking off Mahomes: Patrick Mahomes has been an underdog in 13 games. In those 13 games, he is 10-3. Mahomes has played in 119 games. He has played 6 full seasons, he is 3rd in all time playoff wins, and 4th in Super Bowl wins. Mahomes is the RECORD HOLDER for most quarterback rushing yards in Super Bowls. (172) In the last 30 years, there has never been a QB to go 8/8 or better with 27+ rushing yards, in a single drive in any game regular season or post season. Mahomes did that in overtime of the Super Bowl last year. Mahomes has started 101 games in the regular season, only 3 of them he lost by more than one score. He is 5-1 when trailing by 10 or more points, at any point in the playoffs. The rest of the NFL is 6-48. Mahomes is the first quarterback to win a Super Bowl with the biggest cap hit in the NFL.

#WATCH | Gurugram, Haryana: On demolition drive in DLF Phase 1, Director of Town & Country Planning (DTP) Amit Madholia says, "... Encroachment clearance is not limited to DLF area. Seven teams are working across other colonies. This is our fifth day, and we are clearing internal roads — 10, 12, 15, 18, and 24 metres wide. The area is vast, so in five days, we have managed to clear only DLF Phase 1 and 2. We start at 10 a.m. and finish around 7:30 p.m. Daily, walking 9–10 kms. In five days, teams have covered nearly 300 km and cleared more than 6,000 encroachments — including guard rooms and extended green areas taken for personal use. Despite the heat and dehydration challenges, the work continues sector by sector until all encroachments are removed."

Brian Higgins arrives at 34 Fairview just before Brian Albert and Coco. Remember the plow srory! Brian Albert and Coco enter the house through two different entry points, yet both independently say they saw and spoke with Colin Albert inside. Higgins, however, says He never saw Colin Albert He “wouldn’t even know what Colin Albert looks like if he walked into the courtroom” Sooooo....Two people enter separately and both see Colin. A third person there for roughly an hour sees everyone except Colin. Higgins says he Stayed about one hour, Left through the breezeway doorand Drove directly to the Canton Police Department. CPD surveillance shows Higgins arriving at 1:26 a.m. Dashcam footage establishes 34 Fairview → CPD = 4 minute drive…..If Higgins left around 1:20–1:22 a.m., the timeline works. He does not leave CPD until 1:46 a.m. Higgins testified he got home at 1:40 a.m. He said once home, he Ate, Had a couple of drinks Went to bed CPD surveillance shows Higgins did not leave the station until 1:46 a.m. He cannot be home at 1:40 if he is still inside CPD at 1:46. From CPD to West Roxbury Minimum 15 minutes under normal conditions Longer in a blizzard, which this was sooo Earliest realistic arrival home 2:05–2:10 a.m., not 1:40 a.m. At 2:22 a.m. Brian Albert calls Brian Higgins, 17 seconds later Higgins calls Albert back Both men claim these were “butt dials” The 2:22 a.m. calls line up far more realistically with, Higgins just arriving home, or Higgins still awake and active...Not Already home for 40+ minutes Finished eating Drinking and In bed sleeping The next morning He returned to 34 Fairview around 7:00 a.m. He claims he saw only one police vehicle present. He says he stayed less than an hour. Well At 7:00 a.m., the following vehicles should have been present….Gallagher Lank Saraf Mullaney Goody’s vehicle would also be there or had already left (he went to retrieve the leaf blower). Seeing only one police vehicle at 7:00 a.m. does not match the known scene activity. According to Higgins Inside the house was Brian Albert Sr. Coco Brian Albert Jr. Jen McCabe Matt McCabe and Julie arrives later around 8:00–8:30 a.m. with donuts. Brian Albert Jr. states he never saw Higgins that morning. Higgins says he saw jr.... Multiple adults present and NO CPD saw higgins I think the issue here is jen hadn't started the timeline Yet, for everybody

🚨 $BTC JUST HIT A 9-MONTH CRITICAL LEVEL... Over past few days, market has lost more than 15% of its value, dropping to $61k... During sell-off, price lost critical $63k-$65k zone - a level that could shape market's next major move Based on chart below, here's my roadmap for next 30 days: 1. Break below $61k → bounce to $68k 2. Short consolidation phase 3. Major dump below $48k 4. Local bottom forms → accumulation begins Mini rally is officially over - only downside from here... Broader trend still points to fresh local lows Bounces toward $70k are still possible, but we all know how this ends... Prepare for next wave down - turn on notifs, I'll update
