If Brian Higgins was physically at Canton PD at 9:26 AM on January 29, why wasn’t he interviewed by State Police then and why did they wait days? Brian Higgins arrives at Canton Police Department at 9:26 AM Yuri Bukhenik testifies he arrives around 9:15 AM Michael Proctor is already there Higgins is a law-enforcement officer a known attendee at the house someone who had recent contact with John O’Keefe someone who later admits to phone deletion and replacement That makes him a priority interview, not a casual witness. Higgins was another badge from another agency, already inside the building, overlapping socially with other key figures. Delaying his interview insulated him from spontaneous questioning, recorded inconsistencies, and early device preservation. This isn’t about what Higgins eventually said. It’s about what wasn’t captured, what changed before it was captured, what evidence window closed Once days pass, phones get replaced, messages disappear, stories converge That bell cannot be unrung. Yuri Bukhenik testified that He arrived at Canton Police Department around 9:15 AM Michael Proctor was already there, They were at CPD before going to Jen McCabe’s house At 9:00–9:20 Michael Lank is back at Brian Albert’s house because Jen McCabe “forgot to tell him something” and called him back 9:40 Brian Albert calls Kevin Albert 9:50 Brian Albert Missed incoming call from Chief Berkowitz 9:54 Brian Albert calls Chief Berkowitz (4m 40s) So while Lank has just been at Brian Albert’s house Higgins has just arrived at CPD Yuri and Proctor claim to be staging the next steps …the Chief of Police is directly communicating with Brian Albert, a homeowner and witness.

Brian Jr’s testimony regarding the morning of January 29th, 2022, raises several significant contradictions when cross-referenced with photographic evidence, witness statements, and known arrival times is ummm well SUS! . Brian Jr. testified that He was woken up by his father around 7:30–8:00 a.m. He got dressed and went downstairs, where he saw his parents, Aunt Jen, and Uncle Matt He said the birthday card and donuts from Julie were already there He remained downstairs for about 15 minutes, then returned to his room He later came down again and at that point saw only his parents However, this version of events does not align with other verified facts. Auntie Julie did not arrive at the house until approximately 8:00–8:30 a.m. She brought the birthday card and donuts with her. Therefore, if Brian Jr. was truly downstairs around 7:30–8:00 a.m., it would not have been possible for those items to be present. His claim that they were already there is provably false. Lt. Gallagher photographed the driveway between 7:00 and 8:00 a.m., and Brian Jr.’s vehicle was not present. If he was home and downstairs during that time, his car should have been visible. Its absence suggests he was not at the house during that time window, directly contradicting his testimony. Caitlin Albert was reportedly present at 34 Fairview the night of January 28th and was said to be the last to leave, around 1:30 a.m., allegedly picked up by her boyfriend, Tristan. But this narrative raises key questions. No one, including multiple officers, Jen McCabe, or Julie, reported seeing Chloe, at the house that morning. Chloe is never mentioned in any official observations, logs, or footage If Caitlan’s claim about Tristan picking her up is not truthful, then the possibility emerges that she left @ 1:30 with her brother, Brian Jr, using his vehicle to return to Easton. This would Explain why Brian Jr.'s car was missing in Gallagher’s photos and why no one saw Chloe the next morning.Given the ummm inconsistencies and the lack of visual confirmation from key individuals, a plausible alternative timeline can be made. In the early morning hours of Jan. 29th, Brian Jr drove Caitlan and Chloe back to her Easton apartment He then returned before 8:30 a.m, before Auntie Julie arrived. Let’s lay it out, Canton chronicle style. While Allie was cruising town like she was training for Uber Olympics and Higgins was allegedly peeking in cars back at CPD for no known reason (lost his keys? Looking for snacks? who knows), Brian Jr was playing chauffeur. The simplest answer might be the right one! Brian Jr took his sister Caitlan and the dog, Chloe, back to her apartment in Easton.Think about it, Chloe was never seen at the house. No one in law enforcement saw the dog cause you know Gallagher would've documented that in triplicate And on Brian’s second trip downstairs, everyone was gone... but also: still no mention of Julie. So if he really came down the first time at 7:30… where was his car? If he came down the 2nd time he would have seen his auntie Julie, But he says he saw the card and donuts that only arrived with Julie.

Timeline Question of the Day So just to recap… Brian Higgins testified that Chief Berkowitz called him early in the morning about John O’Keefe, a call Higgins says he missed. But here’s the fun part No one testified that they called Berkowitz. No one testified that they spoke to Berkowitz before 6:30 AM. Higgins says he called Brian Albert first, Then he headed straight to 34 Fairview So naturally the question becomes… Who told Berkowitz? When did they tell him? And how did he know to call Higgins before Higgins knew anything? No one admits calling Berkowitz, Yet Berkowitz somehow had the info early enough to be calling people Amazing work, everyone. This timeline didn’t just have a hangover it woke up knowing things before anyone told it. Before testifying, Brian Higgins probably should’ve called Jen McCabe first. Not about the facts, but about how to make time bend, how to shave an hour off a drive, and how to be asleep and awake at the same time. She could’ve helped him, Leave at 12:30 but arrive at 1:26 Drive 9 miles in a blizzard in record time, Have drinks, eat, go to bed, answer 2:22 AM calls, and still be “asleep” Run on 4 hours of sleep after spending the day in NYC, driving back to canton, bar hopping, 34 Fairview, CPD, and a full day back at the station And maybe most importantly Explain how to testify with a timeline hangover that bad Missed opportunity, honestly. Jen’s got experience making the math work. even the phone calls have no witnesses

In Trial 1, Trooper Proctor testified that MSP obtained John’s phone after going to Good Samaritan Hospital, and we know the next stop was Dighton, and then returning to Canton PD. That would place the phone’s retrieval after 5:30 PM, once they arrived at CPD at 5:31 PM, followed by a 30–60 minute debrief with troopers who had been at 34 Fairview. In Trial 2 Trooper Yuri testified to something very different. He says he and Proctor walked into Canton PD together at 9:15 PM, met with Sean Goode and retrieved John’s phone at that time Same phone. Same department. Two trials. Two completely different timelines. So which is it? Retrieved early evening after Good Sam? Or retrieved at 9:15 PM after a sit-down at CPD? Because both can’t be true but one has to be. And this is why timelines matter. 9:15 PM – Yuri and Proctor enter Canton PD, meet with Sean Goode, retrieve John’s phone Phone is now in MSP custody 9:15 A.M. Yuri and Proctor enter Canton PD, meet with Sean Goode, retrieve John’s phone 9:15–11:00 A.M. At Canton PD 11:00 A.M. Leave CPD 11:05–11:10 A.M. Arrive at Jen McCabe’s house 11:10 A.M.–12:00 P.M. Interview at McCabes 12:00 P.M. Leave McCabes 1:00 P.M. Arrive at Good Samaritan Hospital The data shows short clusters of steps, not long continuous walks. That fits with walking into / out of CPD moving inside a house during an interview hospital entry and hallways 11 A.M.–12 P.M. window is the key This is when the phone would be inside the McCabe home handled intermittently, mostly stationary Exactly the kind of pattern Apple Health shows.

With the recent defamation lawsuit filed by members of the McCabe/Albert group, there’s now a lot of focus on what people have said publicly. But to understand why people have been asking questions over the past 3 years… you have to go back to the testimony and the timeline itself. Colin says he was at Mike Leonetti’s house and admits he doesn’t remember how he got there but remembers he was drinking Bud Lights So right off the bat we have memory gaps about how his night even started. He testifies that Allie McCabe picked him up and brought him to Fairview between 10:30–11:00 PM From the actual texts when Colin wanted a ride home at 11:54 Colin texts Allie “U can get me now. If easier”, At 11:55 PM She responds and at 12:10 AM She texts “here” Now from Allie’s testimony, She says she had Avery and Danielle in the car, dropped them off, Then went to another friend’s house, Then came back to pick Colin up. All between 11:54 PM and 12:10 AM. Where exactly was she when she got the text? She says she doesn’t really remember What route did she take to Fairview? She doesn’t remember Where did she park? “I believe the driveway… not entirely sure” How long between “here” and Colin coming out? “A few minutes” Meanwhile, Colin’s Version of That Same Moment He Says after getting the “here” text, he came out in about 30 seconds to a minute,Says he exited through the side door near the garage, Says he saw uncle Brian Albert and Auntie Nicole Albert but Nicole Albert Says she came in the front door and bumped into Colin and that He told her he was leaving because his ride was coming. Meanwhile, Brian Albert Says he came in the side door and that Colin was the kitchen no more than 5 minutes and that he went to the bathroom and when he came out, Colin was gone Allie says She drove him straight home, No stops, About a 5-minute drive, BUT, She can’t recall the route Colin says His parents were already in bed, He went upstairs to say goodnight But We know his father didn’t leave the bar until 12:14 AM The only hard evidence presented for this timeline is A screenshot of text messages Everything else? Testimony, Memory, Recollection When you have a witness who doesn’t remember how the night started, a tight timeline with multiple stops compressed into minutes, conflicting recollections about movements and timing, and limited physical evidence to anchor it all, is it unreasonable for people to ask questions? This isn’t about claiming what happened. It’s about acknowledging what doesn’t clearly make sense yet.

DISPROVING KAREN READ'S DEFENSE: BRIAN HIGGINS Karen Read and her legal team have propped up their insane third party culprit theory with a self-constructed romantic fantasy between Read and Higgins that did not exist in reality. As revealed in the first trial, Read and Brian Higgins had exchanged several awkward texts, shared an odd kiss, and met at Higgins apartment in what Higgins explained was an uncomfortable visit after Read had been out drinking with a friend. Read was the initiator and aggressor in all these instances. The last communication between the two occurred the evening of January 23rd with Read texting "Phone works ↔️". Higgins responded "Thought you were all set". This is not the response of a man madly in love with a woman and pining for her and certainly not the response one would expect from a man so blindly enamored he was willing to murder a friend to take his place. Instead what we see is a detached response. The next reply was from Read with her stating "With talking? No.." It is Read's response here that indicates she is the one with interest. Not convinced, Higgins responds "Hmmmm. Well" to which Read does not respond. If Higgins truly wanted Read, he would have continued texting that night pushing to rekindle but their communication stops until he sees her the night of the 28th. She was out of sight, out of mind for him. The "Ummm. Well" he texted her that night lends itself far more to a drunk text than how the defense has categorized it as an angry response from being rebuffed, which he hadn't been. Higgins summed up his interactions with Read as strange, "uncomfortable" and as having a "weird vibe". This was not a man who was in love with Read and the notion he would even exchange one heated word with John over Read is beyond ludicrous.

Not to tale you all away from the drama but....lets think about John Okeefe for a moment. The Feds may not yet know who killed John O’Keefe but if they’re doing their jobs, they’re almost certainly looking at who covered it up. And if there was a cover-up, the key players weren’t ordinary bystanders. They were people with power, influence, and badges the very people who could trigger federal civil-rights charges. Did the Albert family, their relatives inside 34 Fairview, and Brian Higgins receive “professional courtesy” from the Massachusetts State Police, especially from Unit Commander Brian Tully, while Karen Read and Brian “Lucky” Loughran were treated as suspects? Let’s revisit how Tully’s role shaped this entire case: January 29, 2022 Tully admits he was alerted to John’s death around 7 a.m. Yet instead of going to 34 Fairview, he stayed away, by his own testimony, he didn’t leave his house until after noon. All day, no MSP personnel secured 34 Fairview; Canton Police walked off, leaving the scene unprotected. Communications: From the start, Tully was in constant contact with ADA Morrissey, MSP Sgt. Yuri, and Canton Chief Ken Berkowitz, all by phone. Tully was asked on the stand whether Morrissey’s immediate involvement was “normal.” His answer? “It’s not abnormal.” In plain English…high-level coordination from the first hour. Tully claimed his first call to the SERT team leader wasn’t until 2 p.m., hours after the crime scene should have been sealed. By the time he says he arrived, two SERT members and “unidentified Canton officers” were already there which was a major chain-of-custody red flag. Tully testified his troopers pulled footage from the Canton Library and the Temple on Washington Street — but only within narrow windows (12–1 a.m. and 5–6 a.m.). This laser focus on Karen Read’s movements left gaping holes: No effort to corroborate Allie McCabe’s claims of where she drove that night. No exterior footage showing Chris Albert leaving the Waterfall to see which direction he went. No video of Julie, Coco, and Caitlin arriving together — or separately. No footage confirming Brian Albert and Brian Higgins’ staggered arrival stories at the Waterfall. No effort to review the “no movement all night” surveillance from the Canton officer living across from 34 Fairview. No visible proof of Ryan Nagel at the table he claimed at CF McCarthy’s. Meanwhile, the Alberts refused to hand over their Ring footage, and no one compelled it. When you line up all of the witness contradictions against Tully’s testimony and the actual investigative record, a pattern emerges Those closest to law enforcement got a pass. The only people aggressively pursued were outsiders. If Karen Read didn’t kill John O’Keefe, then someone inside 34 Fairview did. But those individuals were connected to high-ranking police and prosecutors who had every ability to protect them and every incentive to point the finger elsewhere. And who had the power to make that happen? Brian Tully – the highest-ranking MSP officer on scene, who oversaw the search after leaving it unsecured all day. Ken Berkowitz,Canton Police Chief who sat on evidence for a year contradicting Higgins’ testimony. Was in the Sallyport when Karen's vehicle arrived at the station, And found taillight pieces while driving by 34 fairview one day Sgt. Yuri Bukkake, who could monitor Trooper Proctor, the eventual “patsy.” DA Morrissey, the one official with the authority to pressure the narrative and protect the group. This isn’t conspiracy theory, it’s drawn from sworn testimony. If the Feds are watching, the real story isn’t just who killed John O’Keefe. It’s who used their positions to blindfold an entire investigation. By the way..Allie was in a little blue Ford fusion.... just sayin

So i was just watching Sam B and had similar thouggts, So, Colin is supposedly underage drinking and shot gunning beers all night, bouncing from Leonetti’s house to Fairview then comes home and goes into his mother’s bedroom to kiss her goodnight…And we are supposed to believe nobody had a problem with that?No concern about underage drinking? No questions about where he was? No concern about the timeline? No concern about who saw him, who picked him up, or what was actually happening inside that house? But somehow Chris Albert is upset with us for asking questions? How does Colin Allie Caitlin and Higgins not see the jeep or Higgins if the story is the jeep was at the end of the driveway. The same driveway that he was in before Brian and Nicole, and the same driveway Allie was in when Colin ran out of the house after bumping into Brian and Coco?????? That is the part I cannot get past. Because according to his own brother, “the system let them down at every turn.” Well, if the system let them down, then why is the anger aimed at citizens asking questions and not at the investigators who created the mess? If the investigation was clean, complete, and reliable, there would be nothing to question. But instead, we are told not to ask.Don’t ask about Colin. Don’t ask about the house.Don’t ask about the timeline. Don’t ask about the police work. Don’t ask why the adults’ stories make no sense. Sorry, but that is not how this works. The anger is misplaced. If this family truly believes the system failed them, then the questions should be directed at the people who ran the investigation not at the public still trying to figure out what actually happened. Here is a clip, and a link to her show.

No quit for John O’Keefe, but apparently plenty of quit when it came to verifying anyone’s story that didn’t involve Karen Read. Let’s unpack the “ride that may or may not have happened.” Adam Lally: “How did you get to your uncle’s house?” Colin: “I believe Allie McCabe.” Lally: “Allie gave you a ride from Mike’s house to 34 Fairview?” Colin: “From what I remember, yes.” Translation: I think… maybe? If that’s still the version we’re going with, sure. Then Colin says He left about 30–60 seconds after Allie texted “here.” Used the side door next to the garage. So far, it sounds simple, right? Hang on. This is where the wheels (and alibis) start falling off. Lally “Did you know where he was when he asked you to pick him up?” Allie “Yes, the Alberts’ — 34 Fairview.” Lally “Was that from a text or phone call?” Allie “I knew he was there… could’ve been a call… not sure.” Because who doesn’t forget how they learned where to pick up the kid they supposedly drove to the house only an hour or so before, the night a cop ended up dead? She says she pulled into the left side of the driveway. But Brian and Coco both say they also pulled into the left side of the driveway when they got home. So unless Fairview comes with a valet rotation system, someone’s story is parked in the wrong spot. Brian Albert says he went through the side door next to the garage (same one Colin says he left through). He remembers Colin in the kitchen with Brian Jr. and two girls, then gone “after about five minutes.” So did Colin leave before or after the bathroom break? Asking for… justice. Coco Albert says she came in the front door to wipe her feet because of the weather. And wait for it bumped into Colin. Direct quote “It was literally as I was coming in, we almost bumped into each other.” He said, “My ride’s on its way, I’m about to leave,” and walked out. So let’s recap this circus 🎪 Colin left through the side door Allie parked on the left side Brian & Coco parked on the left side too Coco bumped into Colin at the front door Allie “knew” he was there but doesn’t know how Colin “believes” she drove him That’s not testimony that’s Mad Libs with a body count. And the police? Never once tried to reconcile any of this. No doorbell cam check, no timestamps, no diagram. Because when you’ve decided who’s guilty before sunrise, why waste daylight on the truth? Moral of the story… When everyone’s alibi fits just enough to sound rehearsed but not enough to match basic driveway geometry, it’s not an investigation. It’s Improv Night at Fairview.

New footage of Jen and Matt McCabe at the O'Keefe's home the evening after the murder of John O'Keefe. On 1/30/22, Jen and Matt arrive at 8:29pm and then left with their daughter at 9:12pm. Jen looking interestingly exhausted as she first arrives and quite snappy with her daughter when they leave 45 minutes later. 🤔 Earlier that day, Jen and Kerry Roberts had spent 5 hours at the O'Keefe's. From there, they would 🔹️stop at Jen's for 7 minutes 🔹️stop at 34 Fairview Rd for 4 minutes and then proceed to Canton PD Detective Sergeant Mike Lank's home. This off-the-books meeting lasting roughly 45 minutes. Important to note, Lank has a long history with the Albert family. He, in fact, was the only officer trusted to enter 34 Fairview Rd multiple times during the early hours of 1/29/22. Jen McCabe had multiple police interviews on 1/29. At one point in the morning, she called Lank back to 34 Fairview to speak. He arrived and spoke to her in front of many Albert family members (Brian, Nicole, Chris, Julie, Kevin) and Brian Higgins. This is where Jen said, for the first time, Karen Read allegedly “admitted” to running over John. “I hit him, I hit him, I hit him”. On 2/1, she had another MSP interview at her home. Kerry Roberts had a police interview on 1/29 where she texted Jen that officers were about to interview her. Jen telling Kerry to call her after.. which is precisely what happened. On 2/1, Kerry had another police interview at Jen's where they were making a “timeline” together with Jen's sister Denise Galvin. Later that evening, Jen would be speaking to Michael Proctor on the phone and Kerry asked to speak with him as she suddenly “remembered” things. Karen Read was arrested on 2/1 at 7:40pm. After, Jen and Kerry Roberts would eagerly be texting one another about how their detective skills solved a murder. Jokingly, Kerry would claim Sandra Bullock to play her in the movie that was surely to be made. Jen adding that they were like an 80s detective sitcom show and Matt is like the character played by Tom Selleck. Due to the history of ever-changing timelines by Jen, one has to wonder.. was her spending 6 hours in total at the O'Keefe's home after the murder of John genuine (as a "caring friend") or was something more nefarious going on?
