Work has commenced, and our teams continue to deliver at pace. There has been no slowdown, and there will be none. I toured Al Mamzar Beaches, one of our strategic projects nearing completion. It will become one of Dubai’s leading family beach destinations, spanning four million square feet and capable of accommodating up to seven million visitors annually. The pace of our projects will continue to accelerate. We remain committed to a clear development agenda, with even greater achievements ahead.
