A different world which I was surprised to see was 1994, could have been 1964 or 1934.

"Mrs Suchabody" has just earned a place in my vocabulary. 👍

I remember watching this when it was first broadcast 30 years ago!! it stuck in my mind because it really is a wonderful documentary. Salt of the earth ladies who had their own little community. Even in 1994 it felt like they were from a much missed bygone era 30 years earlier.
