So Paystack looked at Opay, Moniepoint, Kuda & Palmpay and said, ‘Let’s do the exact same thing… but with a new name?’ 😂💀 At this point, is it fintech or photocopying? Why do we fear creating something NEW? The world rewards innovators, not imitators.

It works different, It links all my accounts together so I never have to open any of their apps or transfer money from one of them to opay just to use opay to pay

Before I opened a business account with OPay a few years ago when they were new, a friend of mine kept telling me they don’t trust the bank. My motivation was based on speed of transaction and charges. My friend said the bank will vanish soon. It’s been close to 7 years now and that my friend is also using OPay with me because we both do bulk transfers. I don’t know how OPay have done it to be honest. Getting the trust of Nigerians is harder than anything but they did it. Kudos to them tbh. #OPayIsOkay

I hear so often from the Dommes I work with that they struggle with people online fetichizing them and simply seeing them for how sexy and beautiful they are. They project their fantasies and their desires onto you. That stops immediately once you move the attention from you to them. From 'look at me' to 'I see you'. What does that look like? When you create content, think of them and what this scene or that narrative is evoking. What will they learn from you? What they used men like this one to achieve is an emasculation of our people to make them docile and malleable. The next phase will be to introduce Sharia and Almajiri systems into the people. They know because they saw to it that we have become powerless. I can imagine that the majority of the victims of kidnapping-for-ransom in that Kwara State are MOSLEMS. They are the same people listening to these Moronic person. What men like these have done is to divide our people and detach us from our culture and customs under the guise of Islam. Here’s what the communication was like after Helene hit WNC. It’s beyond horrible, and these people still need so much help. So many there believe they have been forgotten. That’s so sad. There are people in our state and federal government who need to see the inside of a jail cell for a long time. Do you think it’s a coincidence that there is land the government wanted, and it just so happens that this same land gets flooded? Some millennials have been working for 20 years and are still confused by corporate 😂 For those who are still in the dark let me fill you in. Your performance doesn't matter. Your performance review doesn't matter. Your compensation has been set by a budget committee a year ago. You are not "overachieving" anything. Management has a fixed pool of money to pay the people they manage so they can give them raises less than inflation. If they give you more money, they have to give someone else less money. It's a zero-sum game. Managers actually have a larger pool of money to hire new employees because corporations recognize that new hires need to be incentivized to come over. They won't just leave their company for the same money. If you've been at the same company for 5 years you are underpaid. If you've been at the same company for 10 years you are paid less than a new hire at a competitor. Loyalty doesn't matter because there is no reason for a company to voluntarily pay you more money. Corporations already know that over 95% of employees will not go anywhere and will take whatever they get. Even if that's nothing. There's no reason to pay everybody more money when only a tiny percentage of workers will leave. Even if you leave... (remember over 95% of employees will not) ... the corporation will distribute the work you were doing among all your coworkers. And they will take on the extra work. And they will stay. For nothing. Because in addition to a salary, what an employee wants is to not have to look for a new job. That's all the want. They don't want to move anywhere. And companies know it, and they will take advantage of that. Now you know! You're welcome.

This couple is having a wedding that will reflect who they are. They openly don’t seem to care if anyone will actually go or not. I think weddings are a celebration for everyone to join in for a special day. But I also think that offending guests before they even go might be a decision that will turn in a decision full of regret. So here’s my take on this. The way I see it is that they are going to be disappointed. I know others might argue and say that it’s selfish for the guests to not go because of the conditions set forth by the bride and groom, however it goes both ways. If they know guests won’t like the conditions of the wedding, then maybe they should compromise a little. I think they should give people options. I feel that this is going to show the bride and groom who is actually their real friends and who aren’t in their eyes. They won’t care if the guests don’t like the wedding rules, they are going to expect them to go because they think that their attendance shows that they care and that they are local.
