Opcode were so ahead of their time; can you imagine what Vision would’ve been like today if they’d still been around!? They don’t get the credit they deserve and the sad thing is that most “new” producers wouldn’t even know who they were or what they owe them!

Scrappy-Doo made his first TV appearance on 22 September 1979 in the Hannah-Barbera show "Scooby-Doo and Scrappy-Doo." Falling ratings for the Scooby-Doo Show had prompted a number of changes to the cartoon after its move to ABC. Scooby-Dum, an occasional comedy cousin had been introduced and the show had been paired with Dynomutt, Dog Wonder. But by 1979 there was a real threat of cancellation. Enter Scrappy-Doo to save the day...
