Uneven Squat? Uneven Hips? Pinching Hips? If your squat looks uneven at the bottom, with your pelvis rotating to one side, and you notice that you lack hip internal rotation on that side, then that hip may be pinching or blocked as you go down into a squat. As a result, your pelvis rotates away to compensate and open up that hip. This leads to an uneven squat with a rotated pelvis and uneven weight distribution between your legs. Do these two stretches for 3×10 reps on both hips before you squat.

Squats strengthen your thighs and glutes, improve your posture, and help protect your back by engaging your core. This full body exercise also works your joints and makes everyday movements easier.

🏃‍♂️ Remote workers, save this: relieve lower back pain in minutes An osteopath trainer shared a simple routine for those with sedentary jobs. Remote workers, save this: — Support yourself on your hands, alternate stepping your legs with a torso twist — 3×20 each; — Knees bent, rotate your hips side to side — 3×20; — Lying on your back: lift your hips and alternate raising your legs — 3×20. 10 minutes — less tension, better blood flow.
