Nothing too crazy, but this got me wondering how much more I can improve this if I tried.

I loooove stuff like this I wonder how many zoom-paths can be feasibly discovered and validly supported. Like, how many molecule types, how many cell types

I will be sharing a few more that I've been trying out.

we went from 'can it write a cover letter' to 'build me a photorealistic zoom through nine powers of ten' in three years. the speed of this transition is almost disrespectful.

@dair_ai Zooming in that deep is wild. Imagine other things you can zoom in on 🤔

We're seeing AI generate increasingly complex interactive experiences from natural language. What do you think will be the biggest bottleneck next: reasoning, testing, or long-term maintainability?

Opus 5 on another level

Powers-of-ten zoom is a classic prompt-stability torture test. Claude Opus 5 holding geometry coherence across 9 orders in ThreeJS is the kind of long-horizon spatial reasoning that breaks most LLM code agents before frame 100.

the jump from leaf to magnesium atom is surreal.

I was dying to try this for the human body, could you share the files/prompt so I could try it ?

"This is an incredible showcase of what's possible with AI-assisted development. From a leaf to a single atom—all in a seamless Three.js experience. Truly mind-blowing work! 🌿⚛️🚀"

one shot right ? very cool what opus 5 has unlocked in terms of 3D browser experiences (with no external assets !)

These demos select for tasks where being wrong is instantly obvious. That's the easy half. What eats teams is output that's wrong and looks completely fine, and a zoom demo tells you nothing about that. Impressive and load-bearing are nearly unrelated skills.

continuous zoom through microscopic scales sounds insanely cool
