opus 5.5 is a beast model it just made the best minecraft clone i’ve seen yet, even astra couldn’t make anything like this it has water physics, realistic mechanics and pretty much everything but it’s super slow, even slower than astra play here:

opus 5.5 is slow and expensive but model takes time to make everything perfect attention to detail is on on point, astra would never i have test running form last 2 hours and it's still not done yet, i hope it's better

anthropic cooked hard with opus 5.2 after testing it for a whole day, i can say this model is so good > huge step up from opus 5 > on par with astra > faster than opus 5 > way better at frontend and 3d here’s one frontend test i ran and it’s the best output any model has given me even better than astra you can check fable 5.1 output with same prompt in QT and tbh opus 5.2 just mogs everyone here really hoping that anthropic will release this model officially this week

Astra began to saturate a computer-use eval we haven’t even released yet. Astra was not only able to kill several hostile mobs in Minecraft, but it made it all the way to building a Nether portal in less than three hours. We believe that if we ran it longer, it would beat the game. Astra was able to do things like tower up to kill a horde of zombies, trap a skeleton inside a hole to dodge its arrows, craft a boat, and navigate back to its base. Here is the full 3 hour play through. All of this was without any specialized harness: pure computer use.

Here's an example that blew me away. The game is fully explorable, and Opus added this tour. It didn't even finish as I had to cut it off (it had been switched back to old Opus and I didn't want any work ruined).

I'm always blown away by the fact that Rockstar Games casually made some of the best and most realistic water physics in 2008. GTA IV is the prime example of Rockstar Games focusing heavily on bringing realistic physics in a video-game. Everything from how a car handles, NPC ragdoll and water simulation in Grand Theft Auto IV was way ahead of its time and it even beats most of AAA games that we've seen these past few years when it comes to those game mechanics. Imagine how much ahead GTA 6 is going to be now that Rockstar Games has much more processing power to work with on current gen consoles

probably the first online game anyone has built with Astra.... you can solo play it or play with a friend it’s built with Astra + Blender took me around 4 hours to make.. i think with a bit more polish, this could actually be really good. game is still very early, but you might like it, especially if you played competitive MMORPG PvP.. give it a try! >

Spent a few days perfecting this guy! The movement is so smooth, love how it turned out. Started with Opus 4.8, but needed Fable and Astra to get it right. Wish I could say any of this was a one shot. Not even close.

I asked Astra to recreate Lewis Hamilton’s Ferrari! It went through F1 specs, regulations, videos from F1 engineers and photos of the car, then built a 3D model (w/ blender) with a full breakdown of the parts. It even made clay & wireframe versions too. Every time I think I’ve pushed this model to its limits, it surprises me.

I asked Astra to create a Catan game in three.js and it came out incredibly well. I played it, and the animations make it so much fun. The instructions and info cards make the game easy to learn. It even has AI players and trading. Astra used another game I had started building as a reference. The more games I build, the more skills and assets I have for the next one. It can remix the UI, 3D models, pages, and sounds instead of rebuilding everything. Now I want to see how many other board games I can make from this foundation.
