Origin of "Hello" greeting is interesting.

Almost but not quite. The word to express surprise was hullo, and the word to call at someone from a long distance away was hallo. The word “hello” was an entirely new invention, but it was inspired by hullo and hallo.

This is interesting. Now I want to rewatch that cartoon and see the year on the building that was being demolished, when the guy found the frog in a box.
