It starts to view humans as bad, humans as a load on the Earth that the Earth can't sustain. This is completely false. At least for some of these things, one can actually apply physics or one can analyze scientifically, to say how many humans Earth can Earth sustain without what most people would consider to be significant environmental damage? If you actually do the numbers, I think it's potentially 10X the population we have today. How much land area do we need to grow food? How much would that encroach on natural habitats? What's the actual food-growing potential? There's not a shortage of surface area and energy to grow food. There's plenty of water because Earth is mostly water. It's 70% water by surface area.
