OTT football parents… ring any bells anyone?

Trouble is grassroots football is set up all wrong instead of being about making mistakes , growing , enjoying it is about winning and ego . Keeping it smaller sided for longer would help as would adding in half time swap for players , swapping managers etc

@wests_glory see it all the time. coaches too. screaming nothing but “boot it” and “get rid of it” and even subbing kids off if they don’t. these kids are six and seven years old. madness.

The best thing you can do as a parent is take them where they need to go and watch them quietly.
