In what sense is it "equal to removing 1 million cars"? CO2 emissions? 1.2 GW equivalent to ~426 tonne coal per hour, 1090 tonne CO2. 1 million cars driving 2 km each hour (17,500 km each pa), ~500 tonne CO2. Seems like natural gas fired electricity might be your reference (?)

Good. Now sell it for ~5 $/W incl. construction interest and all will buy - as long this number ends up being on the final bill.

You just have to shorten the development times to make costs more predictable. I like your AP300 SMRs also—though they have the same challenges.
