@marcusryder Did you know it’s been #DisabilityPrideMonth since July 1st? I take it from your bio-pic that your “inclusivity” doesn’t extend that far.

To truly see and appreciate the beauty in the outside world, we must first recognize and nurture our inner beauty. When our inner world lacks harmony, we cannot fully experience the joy in our surroundings. Stories from those who experience such inner storms guide mental health professionals on how to heal our emotional turbulence—challenges that deeply impact our lives. The Canadian Institute for Health Information (CIHI_ICIS ) is working to understand mental health experiences through an important survey. By sharing your story and experiences, you’ll help shape how Canadian health organizations understand and support mental health across our nation and beyond. Please take a moment to fill out this survey if you can. === - Early Intervention: (ages 13-24) - Navigation: (ages 15+) === #sponsored by CIHI_ICIS #mentalhealth #MentalHealthMatters

Today is #BellLetsTalk Day, a day to assess our own mental health and check in with those struggling, 1 in 2 of whom aren’t getting the help they need. Together we can change the conversation around mental health and reduce the stigma keeping so many from seeking help.

To our Leaders, The current budget allocated to mental health is *ONLY* 2%, the stats paint a scary picture for us where 75% of South African’s don’t get to seek the help they need for mental health. An increase in public spend will go a long way in providing more access to mental health. In honour of the message of hope shared through Riky Rick’s track ‘Stronger’, we believe that mental well-being needs to be a top concern for all of us. So, we encourage the minister and government to support our call by increasing spend on public mental health, so that more people can access the help they need. “Never forget that we are much _*stronger*_ when we move *_together_*” #rikyrickstronger #budgetspeech2024 #mentalhealth @rikyrickfoundation The Presidency 🇿🇦 Cyril Ramaphosa 🇿🇦

In last week’s Budget, the Government announced a series of taxation changes set to begin on 1 July 2027 — including a few unexpected ones. A big thank you to everyone who completed my recent survey on capital gains and negative gearing. Now that we have more detail about the Budget, I invite you to take a few minutes to share your thoughts in a new survey. Your feedback will help guide my approach when the legislation is introduced in the coming weeks. Take the survey:

The merch shipment from Wendy and the Dio team has arrived! Big thanks to our lucky fan Alex for getting in touch 📷 A few weeks ago we were looking for two Heaven & Hell fans who appear in the Radio City concert film. Has anyone seen the guy who gave Alex the ticket?

In Leeds today one of the pro Palestine protestors decided to set fire to a Police van. He then climbed on top of the van with a Quran in his hand. Lefties are already saying he wasnt really one of them & he only joined a few weeks ago 🤔. They are saying he has mental health problems.... not a lot of footage which is strange 🤔

My mental health has been in bits the last few weeks. Running, the gym and football have helped me so much to deal with it. I’m gunna keep pushing myself through this 💙I’m not looking for sympathy btw - I’m just showing how fitness is helping me a lot 💙

Lucas Erceg entered a 1-1 game in the 7th with one out, runners on second and third and he preserved the tie. Today on our pregame we sat down w/Erceg, who spoke candidly about his mental health and sobriety. If you have a few moments, it’s a powerful interview

This just in: exciting news as we continue to #RaiseTheBar for patients facing unmet needs in mental health. The U.S. Food and Drug Administration (U.S. FDA) has granted Breakthrough Therapy designation to DT120 ODT for the treatment of major depressive disorder (MDD), building on our initial designation in generalized anxiety disorder (GAD). Receiving a second Breakthrough Therapy designation marks a huge leap forward and fuels our momentum toward a potential new generation of therapeutics for patients living with mental health disorders. A few weeks ago, a signal from another TV station started interfering with our tower on Orcas Island. We sent a crew out to investigate. They checked on the tower with our drone and in the process captured some really cool video of the area. KOMO News
