should look at French school kitchens as a model to follow. French schools literally have chef(s) preparing the children fresh foods for breakfast and lunch. Real food! They shop, chop & cook for their children. They do not microwave junk food. They do not poison their children.

U stopped going live, sold out & forgot where u came from. U call others dogmatic while YOU r. Remember when creatine was bad bc u dont BELIEVE (dogmatism) in supplements? Then u "evolve" when u needed it. Now u say to replenish electrolytes w juice. WHY NOT ELECTROLYTE POWDER?

Hey Paul, broke my fibula a few days ago and yesterday got surgery done. Not even one doctor mentioned anything about good nutrition for the recovery phase. I’m not a doctor, just a nutrition enthusiast. I wonder why this topic is usually omitted

Totally agree. My kids have scrambled eggs on sour dough toast with butter for breakfast . Then a cheese / chicken or something sour dough sandwich. Take a water bottle (stainless steel) to school. Apple /satsuma as snack.
